WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY 3/1

Can you believe it is already March 1st seems like we just had Christmas but i for one am sure glad that most of winter is behind us....
Im having to do this directly on the board so if i forget someone just ignore me ok? Andy i cant figure out how to write this up on the word i have now and them copy it to here. i have clicked on everything i can find on there. i know i must be looking at it all wrong.  i havent had the grandson to show me yet i know he is going to think im nuts lol any way....this new windows 7 is a lot faster but i like a dumb dumb forget to down load all of my pictures onto a disc and now have lost them...I thought that Picasa was a web site and that all my pictures were safely on their web site ....wrong it seems ....unless you have uploaded them from the site that you work on them at you just have them on your hard drive which when windows 7 was installed it cleaned everything off,. so word of warning everyone ...if you are going to install windows 7 be sure and put all your pictures on your computer on disc....of course i had a lot of flower pictures but not worried about those i can take more of those this spring and summer. but the ones of my kids and their kids ..oh well life goes on doesnt it...i have sent a lot of those pictures to them at times so i will have them go back and send them to me and this time i will put them all on disc at least once a month....or upload them to web albums.

yesterday was so pretty....i got 6 big flower beds cleaned out of winter debris....still have lots more to do but it is a start.  lol but my back and waist and arms are sure hollering this morning ...been too long since i did much of anything. take a rake and use it for about 4 hours straight and see how sore you are....eye opener...whew ....but in the summer time that is about how much i do daily so got to get into shape for sure....brought im my exercise ball last night and have started doing set ups seriously ...did 50 last night will keep increasiing it ..

Today Joe is getting a load of horse poop from the guy in Forsyth....Andy it is right over there by you all so if you want some to mix in with your dirt for your tomatoe plants take a bucket over there and get some its free and you cant ask for better fertalizer...it is all broken down and good no smell at all....any way we are goimg to spread it on the garden and let the chickens scratch it into the ground ..then we will till it again before we plant...

speaking of chickens we have started getting 6 eggs a day again now....so they are starting to pile up on us in the refrig....will bring  extras to the meeting on the 12th if anyone would like to have some just let me know....i will bring some for you....

Susan thanks for the compliments on my work the other day. I sure did keep my old bootie running....

Jan Im terribly sorry about your pictures, I thought you had them saved, I should of asked you before I started and I could of saved them all to a dvd, really sorry!!

To find Word you go to "Start" and when the menu comes up its right at the top, I guess I should of put the icon on your desktop.  Once you open word just type what you have and copy and paste like you always do.  Just call me if you have any questions.

Andy i know where it is  i just cant find the right buttons to push after i ge*****ped to copy and paste it to OH...i will try again tonight when i do the post ....maybe go do some now to see if i can do it i had a brain flash lol ...i can edit and cancel it on here if i dont want it to stay...

Select All is on the top right, Copy and Paste is on the top left, or you can do select all then  press the Ctrl and the C button at the same time to copy then Ctrl and V button at the same time to paste.

Jan, can't believe you were doing yardwork.  You really do love playing in the dirt.  I spent my Sunday afternoon in the basement of the church from 1:30 to 6:00 for the Stephan Ministry class.  Only 3 classes left.  So glad!!

Yesterday I made Turkey Noodle Soup.  I don'tcare for turkey since WLS but I bought a 4-pak of it at Costco by mistake, thought it was chicken.  I had enough for an army.  I ate a small bowl but gave most of the turkey to the dogs.  My pouch doesn't care for noodles.  I know.....too many carbs so I shouldn't eat them anyway.

Today I have Tuna Salad and veggies.  One thing I have to do is stop snacking.  I need to stick with water and protein between meals.

It's supposed to be a lot warmer this week.  My husband is having a procedure on his spine tomorrow.  They stick a needle in his back to check for fluid and that's supposed to tell them what is causing the Neuropathy in his feet. 

Good Morning Mimi and Mo...

Jo came home this weekend... it was so good to see her.  She will be back on the 20th for her best friend in high school's wedding. That's great for me!  She keeps real busy with her job and activities there in Branson, so I don't get to see her all that much. Hope to get to go spend a week with her this Spring sometime... when the weather warms up. She brought me a BIG beautiful bouquet of pink tulips that are opening up just wonderfully!  I've enjoyed them all weekend... it's sad when I have to trow them out though... she has brought me many many fresh flowers since she moved away to college when she come home... it's real special to me.

Took my gator out a couple of times recently but it's still too cold to really enjoy it,  just can't wait till it is warm enough to ride all I want. ~ha

Every once in a while I get to see something really neat when I'm out walking and today was one of them... I had gotten about a third of a way onto my walk and I heard very very loud honking sounds... I could not see anything but knew by the volume that there had to be hundreds and hundreds of geese close... I walked on and in about a mile they all flew right over my head... there must have been at least 1500 to 2000 of them... the biggest flock I had ever seen!  It was beautiful with all there white wings flapping.  Neat stuff! And I didn't even get hit with "fly by drop downs" ~tee hee 

It has been so muddy around here the county is having to put gravel on all the roads and since they let it get so bad this time they are putting base rock down and that's next to impossible to walk on... so big and rough. I guess I will have to find black top to walk on for awhile till it settles.

Mimi I have worked up to 100 crunches on my ball, I sure am dizzy when I'm finished... but it doesn't last long and goes right away.

You mentioned your chickens...we have 8 hens and are getting about 6 eggs a day too... I have been using them all up lately and have not had any to give away... I love to give them away...some really like the fresh eggs and I know when occasionally someone would give me some... I really enjoyed them.

I seen some pics on face book of Renee and Janet recently with their grand babies... it sure was good to see those girls... I miss them being on here but know they are busy with their families and such.

Well today I have to do some book work, dishes, a bit of laundry and then maybe I will get a coat of poly on my cabinets... will just have to wait and see how tired I am?  Already feel like a nap... ~ha

Need to get all my winter things put away and get out my spring decorations... they are my favorite as I love the spring flowers and colors the best!  I'm going to get my topiary's on the front porch done this year... I have had the flowers for a couple of years now and just have never gotten them decorated.  Have a big wreath to do too.  I will be excited to get out all my yard ornaments again too.  Poor Paul he has to do the lifting and he thinks he's right busy now... with fence building and the barn too.  I'll have to "bribe" him to help me this year! ~tee hee

Going to quit rambling here and get to work... you all have a great day golly it's about half over already! ~ha

Hi OH,

Doing good today, gonna call Dr. E's office after lunch hour and see if they have any news at all for me. Am getting very anxious.

Matt and his bil and two of my gs's came by and spent some time riding their 4 wheeler. My older son Ronnie came down and they all rode around the property once. Made a nice dinner and fed them all after Matt picked up the older four from their visit with their biological mother. I think personally their step-mom is more of a mother than the other is, at least she is involved in their girl scouts and other things, like school activities and such. Sorry didn't mean to rave like that but the bm is starting to cause problems again and she is vindictive and hateful and it just eats at me.

Jan~I know what you are going through. When we got our last computer I didn't back up anything and had to find and re-enter all of my pictures and contacts and what have you. I think losing pictures was the worst of it.

I think my younger son Daniel is supposed to come out and till us a small plot to put in some cucumbers, and maybe some peppers. I love jalapenos, we roast them and freeze them and then I pickle them.

We have to get rid of some of our trees, somehow I'm gonna make that happen this year, even if I have to get my own chain saw and do it myself. The men in my family seem to always have to much other things to take care of.

Jo~I hope they find the cause of you DH's problems. I don't have foot problems now but used to have so much pain in my arches, was told I had fallen arches, but it was heal spurs. A persons feet can cause such misery.

Bec~won'at be long now and you'll be out riding your gator everyday. I live in the boondocks and am thinking after I get back to work, I'd like to get a gator or a 4 wheeler out here. It would sure help around here.

Gonna post this and go fix lunch. If I get any news will post it asap.

Hello to all.just got home from work.another busy night.they sure will keep you going at the home.a little cool today but supposed to reach 58 by sat and sunday but thunder storm's.sure is better than snow.

jan did you ever get your voice back?sound's like the chicken's are doing good.how is the exercise ball?that sure will make you sore.

bec we know you love having your daughter home with you time to time.before you know it the weather will be nice enough to ride your gator around.

jo we are praying for them to find out what is wrong with your hubby.
