WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY
Did some straightening in the green house , it seems to get pretty cluttered on me pretty quick..Have some Beefsteak tomatoes comeing up don’t thing I will need near as many as I have planted of course. We never do and I never know what to do with the leftovers. I am getting a lot of things potted up in small pots and going to take them to the farmers market about the middle of April….flowers, shrubs, mints and veggies. Might as well try to make a few dollars out of some of my time. I can take the money and buy some of the other things I want to plant lol.
Was cold and windy out all day today wasn’t it? Oh I have hyacants up too. As well as tulips and daffodills. My kiwi vine is budding out too. I have pots of petunias in bloom in the green house. Purple and white ones so pretty and colorful…
Im still sneezing and coughing. Nothing but allergies I know but it sure doesn’t make you feel too well.
I run fever and feel like the front of my face is going to explode…oh well ive had this a thousand times before wonder if I will ever learn to not stay out side too long in the early spring with the wind blowing , but at least it proves that pollen has started on the cedar trees. Darn cedar trees….
Well where in the world is Jeanie Rae she said she would get on and let us know how the class went today…havent seen her yet since im doing a lot of this on Monday night I was hoping she would be on here. Must be busy….
SUSAN:::: When Joe takes me to work Wednesday im taking my computer by for Andy to download Windows 7 on it…then I will pick it up on Thursday sometime when I come in to get my check….what time is the earlist we can get them? Do we have to wait till after 2pm….can you look for me back by the time clock and see if there is a nurses meeting on Thursday again???? I sure hope not. They are the most boreing things in the world ….lol don’t tell the DON I said that .lol
I sure hope my great grandbabies as well as my grandbabies all love me as much as I love them…they are all so precious ….
JO::::::I have thought about getting one of the brownie pans like that …they look like they would be good for any sort of cake or brownies or such. You wouldn’t have all the crumbs from cutting them …
Oh you ask Susan but I will tell you why they don’t feed all the patients in their rooms is that there are too many that need to be hand fed and not enough aide to do it…so they sit them at semi circle tables that are then an aide can feed several at once. I know it isn’t ideal but it is the best that can be done. The state comes up with all of these rules about cross contamination and wash your hand, in between patients ….then they have you feeding 6 at onc. All with different spoons yes but still it seems like you could really cross contaminate this somehow …oh what I said before about state coming up with rules on cross contamination I believe that too . But I still don’t see how you can feed all of these people at once without getting some contamination ….

Have to get this posted tonight , I got called into work for in the morning. don’t know how I will do but agreeded to do it. Baa humbug lol …

Good morning.how is the weather were you all live.it is pretty here at the moment but cold air blowing.spring will be here before we know it.we are soo ready for it.my dad is doing better.they changed a lot of his meds around he will be in springfield a few more day's then they will check him out again to see when he get's to come back down this way.
jan as far as i know there are no nurses meeting's.as for your check jenny get's there around 830am.you can get it then.after that she will be in a dept head meeting.the only way you have to wait till after 200pm to get your check is if the 10 or the 25 fall's on a sat and they give us our check on the friday before.
jeanie rae hope you meeting went well for you.we can hardly wait to hear from you.

jo jan is right not enough aides to go around.we had two that used to work there before and came back last night but this friday we are losing some more.the state is due back in there any time now.sure hope it is my day's off when they do come in.

First I apologize for not posting last night, at least could have said HI and things went well.
The behavior class was awesome. We had 14 Pre-ops there I think about 50/50 RNY and Lap-band. The Phsyc that led the class was very good and I really learned some things about my relationship with food as well as the surgery. They served lunch, and had some protein bars and a sample of a protein drink.
So now I'm just waiting for my next appointment with Dr. E, and for Humana to approve me.
Jan~I can just picture you and Joe having to run to get out of the rain, LOL so sorry you got wet and all stuffy too.
Had a long day yesterday, didn't get home till 5:30, and my spare oxygen tank leaked and had to come home without O2. but made it ok. We went to the Y this morning but the treadmills were all busy and after DH did his stationery cycle I just wanted to go. We were headed toward Springfield and ended up doing a blood run to joplin so we at least got a paying run.
Gonna take tomorrow off, my daughter-in-laws brother is gonna come over and install my new memory cards for me and check out my computer to make sure it's working good.
Susan~I'm glad to hear your dad is doing better on his new meds.
I'm really tired so gonna get this posted, I will let you all know when I hear from Dr. E's office.
