WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY

Was nice and pretty this morning after raining all night but temp was up in the low 60s even tho it was cloudy so Joe and I walked down to the lake and back up that hill. Now I know it is only like a half mile down and up but wow that hill is steep enough to qualify as a couple of miles I think….before we could get home it opened up and poured on us. And we got soaking wet lol now im all stuffed up and feel like my sinus are about to explode …I just took some meds so I am going to try and hurry and get this finished before I get goofy.

Got my tubs for the tomato plants all lined up with post on the outside of them and will put some large hole fencing around them for framing. Then can drape the netting over them to keep the squirrels out of them . If they become a problem…but to fill these tubs I will need to go get a truck load of dirt from the nursery. And a load of fertilizer to mix with it. Joe has to drill some holes in the bottom of some of them …first tho.

Oh wow I hope we don’t get any of the bad weather they are having tonight up north. I hope this is the last of the snow and sleet forcasts for everyone. I know it wont be up north but we can hope cant we?

SUSAN::::: yes arent those babies precious…if you still lived out here I would have come and got you and you could have played with them too. You would have loved my newest great grandbaby she is 5 months old and such a sweetie….loves to give kisses and loves to get them too. I hope Melissa sends me this picture she took of me and her it is precious. I was holding her up to my face and she grabbed my face and gave me this open mouth kiss like babies do…

I know how that can happen with your dad. , they are like children all you have to do is turn your back one minute and everything under the sun can happen to them …I just hope your dad doesn’t get sent over to the other home. don’t know why they don’t send some of the others over there that are the trouble makers …

Oh ask Andy how he installed Windows 7 on his computer…did he have to buy it or was there a place on line that he could get it free.

COLETTE:::: so good to see you on here more. Im glad we really miss you when you are gone a lot. I know you have to work a lot with your hubby hope he is doing better ….you are so right about enjoying them all you can cause you never know when the last day will be. When I almost lost Joe in 99 it was sure an eye opener. I now you miss working you loved it so. But you are doing what you are suppose to do and what God has planned for you. Hope to see you again soon . Love you

BEC:::::lol about the Paul being the new rooster lol he will need to set a trap or something to catch it or it will eat all the eggs …I don’t know if they will eat the chickens too or not…were they not going crazy with that thing in there???

I figured that is what he was doing with All the gravel. So he is going to keep all the old tractors?

Oh on the pants maybe you need to get the compression pants that sports people wear. Look in sporting goods stores they should have some like you are wanting. That is about the tightest thing I can think of lol

Oh on the sweet potato slips go to

I always thought I would love to quilt but I just don’t have the patience to sit and do that ….im sort of antsy most of the time. The one you are making I bet is beautiful tho.

JEANIE RAE;;;;; anxious to hear how your day goes with the behaviour session. Just be sure and take you some snacks so that if you start getting sick you will have something with you.

Thanks about the babies. They are precious…I love them to pieces.

We will all hope and pray that when you start exercising he will too and will do him lots of good too.

You can help a lot of things just by exercising.

Hope all goes well in the morning and you don’t have any problems getting out.

JO:::::the tubs Bec and I are talking about are about as big around as a wash tub but a lot taller. I have planted tomatoes in 5 gallon buckets too. They will do ok there, just remember to drill holes in the bottom so they don’t ge****er logged.

I sure hope you don’t get too much snow …and I hope we get none. Lol …don’t want any more of the stuff. The last few days were so nice and warm and pretty that it has made me that much more anxious for spring to spring.

Oh yummy those cheesecake squares sound really really good.

ARENT WE THANKFUL THAT THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF FEB???

www.jungseed.com… they have them for 12 for 10.95... They have about 5 different kinds….I don’t know which is best will just have to wing it. Lol

No where near the 4-6" of snow forecasted and that's fine with me, but we got enough to make a mess.  Schools are out and I don't know why.  The side streets have a little snow but not enough to close school.

The Cheesecake was very good.  I'll post the recipe.  I really like the Splenda cookbook.  It shows diabetic exchanges, WW points and nutritional info.  It makes a 9x13" pan.  I also made Banana Bran Muffins.  Max loves Bran Muffins and he needs to increase his fiber because of the diverticulosis.  Instead of using a muffin pan, I used my brownie pan with the dividers.  Made 18 muffins instead of 12.  I had one and it was very good.  I really like that brownie pan.

Susan, why don't they feed those people in their rooms if they cause trouble in the dining room?  I've have little experience with nursing homes.  I know elderly people are so like little children but not easy to deal with.  Hope the meds work for him.

Yes, I'm glad to see March coming.  Hope it means no more snow!!
