What is this URN at UnitedHealth Care - HELP!!

Hi - everything going along with getting approval with UHC and then I find out I need to talk to someone in URN for my benefits.  Confused??  Anyone know what this is?  I left message couple weeks ago and was told someone would call by the 11th of Feb.  Of course, no call.  I called Friday and they said someone should have called by now - I know that - said that someone will be calling again.  Then on Saturday, Kim with URN called and said to call back and I did today.  Left message.  Still no word.  HELP!

Have no idea what a URN is but good luck. Let us know what that means???

Well, finally got a call back.  I found out this is the people I need to be talking to all along the process and that this is who will authorize the surgery.  All is fine now.  I know my benefits and what I need to do to get authorization.  Thanks so much.
