WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY VALENTINES DAY
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY:::: I got a pretty card and some flowers that I can plant in the ground after watching them bloom for a while…tulips and another pot of cyclamen. Bo th are really pretty. Well cant dalley too long here this morning . I have to get our clothes ready to go to a wedding soon. Whoo hoo…I sure hope they have a long and happy life together…
Wow last night at work I got so tired and was hurting like crazy…my feet were on fire. That is the first time that they hurt like they use to all the time. I think I need to get me a new pair of the thera shoes from K Mart. Those are the best shoes I have ever worn…may have just been my knee swelling…
I guess I am going to get an appointment to see Dr. that did my knee.
I am going to make Sugar and Joe both go with me …the Doctor doesn’t want to see that it is crooked….I guess he is afraid of admiting it.
I don’t work again until the 24 ….like a mini vacation lol this next month tho I get about average 3 days a week…that will make a few good paychecks untill I get too tired from it. I know I cant go too long at it and don’t want to really …I will have garden and flowers to plant before long. And we are hopefully going to get the back porch enclosed this year so it can be used as a extra bedroom if needed. ..
JEANIE RAE:::: sure did miss you Friday night….but I know business is business…but glad that you not only made money but got to see you daughter too. How neat.
I know you are getting anxious for the class you have to go too. It will come I promise…lol ….just keep busy and it will get here soon I promise.
Im excited for you to get to start too soon…it is such an exciting time…I still remember all the great wow moments.

Oh the bags you gave me Im not giving them away , I just took it in for the lady to see it and she had already done some. I just wanted her to see it but like I said she had…she showed me one that she made that is about two times as big. Huge bag…like a beach bag…
VESTA::::: wow how great to see you on here again…..yeah I get depressed in this cold cloudy, rainy snowing winters too. Hopefully next year we can again be in AZ for the winter. I sure hope we don’t have ones like this one every year ….wonder what happened to the green house effect…it isn’t in our neck of the woods is it?
Yes Janet was at the meeting Friday night. So neat to see her again. Has been quite awile.

Well ive got to go and after we get back from the wedding will have to work on getting the guest house ready…Kim and her sister Melissa and their babies will be down probably tomorrow for a couple of days.
Wish we could talk Melissa into moving down here she lives in Indiana….

We are suppose to get more snow today but I am hoping not. I have had my fill of it for this year. I guess the cold is coming back. I still have snow on the ground that hasn't melted. There is an old saying in the south that if snow lies for three days its waiting on more. Seems to be true lately.

Gonna make this a little short, but I'm getting burned out on my PC, our DSL provider changed their e-mail carrier and had to switch our main e-mail account information over to the new. I know we got a notice about the change but forgot and all of a sudden my DH couldn't get his e-mail. Then we had a glitch with our Yahoo accounts and had to figure that out. Got it all back working so now I want off the computer.
Jan~I love hearing about other people that make the bags, at least they are being used instead of going in the dump. I don't recycle like I should but I can at least say I'm a little green, LOL.
I hope you get your knee checked soon, I hurt my knee when I was driving truck, I fell and did something to the pad, never went to the DR. and it took a year before I could get up from sitting and walk with out letting it stop hurting first. I thak God that it did heal ok. I'm gonna keep you in my prayers that everything is ok.
Susie~I missed the new meeting night because I had to work, but if you can make it to the next meeting I'd love to show you the bags I made, I will try to bring a copy of my pattern.

Yesterday, I went to orientation for teaching reading. I will probably be working with parolees and people recently released from prison. They need 40 people for this project. It was sad but interesting to hear how many people can't read. This includes people who have a HS diploma, now want to go to college but can't read well enough. I will take training next month.
We went to dinner at Caraba's and it was the best meal I've had for a very long time. No pasta even though it's an Italian restaurant. We split a steak dinner with scallops and shrimp. They split the dinner before bringing to the table so we had a nice piece of steak, one shrimp and one scallop along with asparagus. I couldn't eat all my steak so Max helped me out.
I went to the Atkins site and ordered the book and the free bars. I don't like the Atkins drinks, but their bars are very good.
Max gave me Russel Stover SF candy for Valentines.
