WHATS HAPPENING SATURDAY::::

Well im really excited about our support meetings again….now that im no longer the leader and we have a really good one again….Tammy you did a wonderful job tonight and am looking forward to many more meetings in months to come. I think she is just what we all needed ….and to look up and see Janet and her daughter and son in law and grandbaby come in the door was just what I needed. Was so so good to see her and she has gained a little back and looks so much better. But of course she is like all the rest of us that she still thinks she is fat too. I think we are maybe never going to be totally satisfied with ourselves. I know myself that when I look at me in just my undies or right out of the shower all I see is fat. Once I have my clothes on of course you cant see all of that and I look better but nude is not a pretty site.

Make you think all the time that you are fat and want to lose a lot more weight. When that wouldn’t help at all since we would still have the rolls of loose skin.

Jeanie Rae :::: im so sorry you couldn’t come tonight…did you all make it back home all right? We really had a good turn out. Do you all work for a company that is in Springfield? Never knew there was a company like that in Springfield…learn something new every day….oh was going to tell you that I took my bag to work the other day and one of the ladies that lives there told me that she use to make them …I told her that I would bring her rolls up balls of plarn so she could make one again. She is all excited and ask if she could keep mine there to go on when she started it. So I will take one to her so she can make one too….she is a sweet little lady…makes the most beautiful little baby crochet dresses and bonnets. Beautiful and doesn’t charge but about 5 dollars for them or something like that…

Brenda:::: glad the shoulder surgery went ok ….now for the hard park of rehab. Yuck I hate that word..what it really means is move and hurt.

JANET::::: was so so happy to see you , Megan and hubby and precious Diva with you ….she is quite the character isn’t she? Cutie. Will write you an email later. ….love you sweetie.

JO thanks so very much for starting the Whats Happening post for me I was very very grateful. I slept so late that I just couldn’t get it done in time lol

BEC:::; im so happy that you are having fun with that gator lol ..especially telling Paul that you couldn’t be used much for weight anymore. Lol that was funny see you know you arent as big as you were.

Wish I could see your new cabinets I bet they really are pretty. The next time you come down I hope you will come out and see me for sure. ….yeah when ever any one all wants to get together and come down for what ever days we decide on…at least 5 days so we can all de carb and maybe the exercise will help us all If we are doing it together. I am going to get me one of the really nice above ground pools , you know the ones that have the metal sides and then have Joe build out around it. Maybe I can get that before we have the boot camp and Sugar can lead us in water aerobics and you can lead us in walking….now I need someone that is real good in some other exercises. Joe can be in charge of our food and believe me he wont let us have anything that we arent suppose to have lol….

You know if we all got intouch with our surgeons or his dietitian I know we would have lots of different answers but I do know that we can not have lots and lots of carbs….in the first place that many carbs would make me sick and in the second place they would make me want to eat and eat and eat some more …I don’t know why some of them don’t understand that about our new bodies that they don’t work the same as normal I say we are hybrids…..like the new hybrid cars that go futher on less gas …well we do to only it is less carbs. And food in general…lol
