Desperate to get MMPI...Help!!!

  The only thing stopping me from getting my first consult with a new surgeon (and surgery within a month) is the required MMPI.  Does anyone know of a psychologist/psychiatrist who does these and accepts Medicare and/or Medicaid?  I am in the KC area but would go up to 1.5 hours or so away, maybe a little further to find one... PLEASE help...

does your surgeon not know of one? the one i used her Kimberling city accepted medicare. that may be a little far but i know there has to be some in K.C. surely....hopefully someone will come up with someone closer to you....i think there is one in Sedalia but i dont know what his name is....
