WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY 1-27
Worked my butt off last night , went home with not my knee hurting but my hip killing me and my knee swollen big time. Got home too 2 pain pills and rubbed the knee down and put my knit stocking on my leg for swelling and went to bed. Feel ok today and have to go back tonight for another round of it…glutton for punishment. Lol had to do the meds on the front hallway last night , that is what caused the main problem , pushing that big heavy cart around and you do a lot of just standing to get the meds out and that is something that I really cant do …walking is ok but doing meds you take two or three steps and then it is
Got to do it on the back hall way tonight yuck….I am going to tell the DON that please don’t put me on meds unless it is an absolute emergency and to know that I am very very slow on them , cant possible be in compliance with state rules.
Barbara:::oh lord girl are you sure you are allright? The opening up will they stitch it back shut or what?
Did you see the site that Jeanie said to go to on yesterdays post about the plastic bags….they are really really cute…you can use them for groceries and they just stretch and stretch, or make great beach bags lots of neat things.
Peggy I have no idea what has happened to her…no one has heard from her that I know of. I have been really worried about her but don’t know what to do about it. Do you remember where she lives? Maybe when you feel better you could go over there …but I don’t have a clue.

JEANIE RAE:::::: that is how I feel about everyone here and at our meetings and when someone drops out and you cant get hold of them it worries me to death. Like Janet and like Peggy and like a few more that because im old I cant remember off the top of my head lol

JO::::: lol you are too funny ….perspiring like women do ? Boy I must be something in human then lol because when im outside digging and planting I sweat. And I do mean SWEAT….I will be wringing wet with it.
I hope your little window boxes do well for you and you have lots of fresh herbs in the winter. I plan on getting me a couple of rosemary bushes,, I love using rosemary when I cook. I have lot of different herbs that come back every year , I have them planted in with my flowers they are very pretty. Love them…I never pick enough of them to dry and freeze to last me thru the winter tho so that is going to be one of my projects this year too.
Well kiddos I have a bunch to do this morninjg before I have to get ready for work….love and hugs and hope you don’t get too cold or too much snow this time around ,,,,I think down here where we are is where the most of it is suppose to hit this time….oh boy they said 6 inches of snow and also sleet and ice.
That will be fun just hope I get home tonight before it starts lol

I had a good day yesterday, it was long and I got really tired, but feel good about what the nutritionist had to say, and the excercise assesment was good. First off I lost 10.5 pounds since my first visit with Dr. E. Nutrionist looked at food log and I already knew what I needed to change but was good and listened to her anyway, she is recomending the surgery, then went upstairs to the excercise rehab and did a 6 minute walk, all the stats are good. Oxygen levels stayed up in the 95 range and my heart rate was good, BP was absoulutely unbelievable, I think 131/68. I also have had lower Blood sugar readings so I guess I'm really on my way.
I typed my pattern up for the totes will try to figure out how to get it posted on here, may have to take the time to re-type it directly. I did put 3 pictures of my bag on my profile you can look at them.
Jan~your DS called and we are gonna try a couple of things, if those don't work he said he can do re format for me. Hopefully after I remove the Webroot Anti-virus I have on now it will fix the problem. I really wish I had taken computer programming when I went to school. LOL. I can do all kinds of things but can't solve stupid little problem.
Sorry to hear you are having a hard time at work. You need to remember to take care of yourself.
