very nervous

I talked to my surgeon, Dr. Hornbostle last night.  He wants me to go back to stage one like after my surgery.  Liquids and protein shakes for 1-3 months.  UGGGGG!  Very scary!  Need prayers and encouragement.  Thanks and God bless, Penni

wow!!! is that what he thinks it will take to get you to losing again? you can do it....and yes you know you will be in my prayers.  i know you will get the weight off like that for sure. ...did he say why that long?

Liquids for up to 3 months sounds a little drastic, but he is the expert.  I highly recommend the Inspire protein powder from Bariactric Eating.  It mixes in 4 oz. of water and tastes good to me.  We're all so different in what we like, you might hate it.  They do have a sample package that would be good to try.
