WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY 1/19
Yesterday was my first day back at work…feels like I never left. Lol I guess that is what happens to old nurses. Watch out Rianne it gets in your blood….
Yesterday started a new pay period so I wont get a check till the 10th of Feb but should have a good one by then. I had two girls ask me to work for them on certain nights but im already working so had to pass those dates up….I could work full time if I wanted to but I know I would be getting too tired. Im working 3 days this week and all in a row. I wasn’t tired last night when I got off but ask me on Wed night if im tired lol
One good thing I get to see Susan when I work most of the time. Lol she was so sweet tonight and gave me a pretty birthday card….thank you Susan. I appreciate it…
I really think my knee feels better tonight than it has since I had surgery on it lol …maybe walked enough to get it limbered up.
BEC:::: boy I really need to redo my cabinets below my sink…I have the garbage can under there and the finish has about come off around the knob …need to sand the finish down and redo it ….the reason was that I didn’t put but one coat of poly on it …so if I redo I will keep the door off till I have done several coats of poly on it/
I started back doing my crunches on the ball now that my knee is sturdy enough to hold me up…and my stomach and love handles are sore lol

SUSAN : THANKS FOR THE CARD you and Andy are so sweet to think of me. …if nothing happens I will see you around 12:30 or 1.…will bring you that outfit and see if you can wear it. Your hips look really tiny to me….I know I cant get my butt in it lol

JO:::::: I can understand about not wanting to lead a support group. I keep trying to give my leadership to someone else. Hopefully we will decide on someone this week …a couple of people said they might be interested , I think that is what they said lol oh yumm yummy on the popcorn….I love the stuff.
COR:::::You will probably always have problems with losing too much and for the mind games your mind wants to play lol ….just keep on keeping on. Try to eat protein protein protein, and drink lots of water…then you wont want those nasty carbs quite as much…are you taking you vits now??

Your job is very rewarding. And I wish I could go back to it but is a little too much for me now I think. I don’t think I could stand the isolation with it.

The five day pouch test isn’t just any liquids it is for the first two day protein drinks and broth, water , jello but you need to get the protein in.
JEANIE RAE::: did you go to Dr. Edwards group tonight? Did you hubby get something to do????
Jeanie if you do as well as Brenda did with the O2 etc. you will be back in that big rig in no time.
I can see that you will be able to do that if that is what you really want to do….

My woman cave is like a freezer. The little heater I have out there can't begin to warm it up in the cold we've had. If it warms up to around 40, the heater works pretty good. I need to find a bigger heater. I was afraid that would happen.
I was off 4 days and really enjoyed my time off, doing nothing I didn't want to do. I did plan some work I want done in the kitchen and decided on paint colors for the other rooms. I painted the kitchen walls red but don't like it. It's way too dark so I'm going to paint again and make it beige. Wish I could hire a professional to do all the painting, but it's too expensive.
