Jan, so sorry you're not feeling well, but at least now you know why.  Hope the meds get you well quickly.

I gave up the pouch test because I have no protein powder that I like.  I made protein coffee and couldn't drink it.  Too sweet.  I use International Delight creamer and just noticed today it has 40 calories/tablespoon.  Ouch!!  Need to check the label more carefully.  That could have something to do with my not losing weight.

Prayers are going up for you Jan, and I would like to ask for prayers for my husband.

He has pain on his left side and no one can find the source.  He saw 2 surgeons and both recommended pain management.  Today he is going to pain management.  He saw the Urologist yesterday and has too much protein in his urine.  He was sent for further testing.  His mother died of kidney disease so he really stressed about that.

Weather is greatly improved.  Sure will be glad when the snow is gone.

HI OH, Jan feel so bad you are sickly, you are in my prayers, hope you get well soon.

Jo~I also feel bad for your DH, I know how helpless you can feel when someone you love has a health issue and can't figure out what is causing it. He is also in my prayers and I'm sure we are all pulling that he gets to feeling better soon.

Well saw Dr. Edwards yesterday and although he tried to talk to me about lapband, I stressed I want permanent and have seen several people in my age group looking for revisions. So we are going with RNY. Also saw Mary, she is the co-ordinator and have my behavorial health training scheduled and should hear from the nutritionists and so one for appointments in the next few days. Mary estimated 3 months til surgery, if all goes well. So I am 1 step closer to the losers bench.

Started my food log yesterday, have to have a 4 week log of food and excercise, and water intake.

I have a lot of housework to do. My DH and DS's tracked salty stuff all over the laminate flooring and I'm trying to get it all mopped before it does damage. Can't understand why they won't take their shoes off but they make the kids take theirs off when they come over. LOL.

Hope you all have a good day and enjoy this heat wave, maybe it will last a while.

So sorry to hear about you not feeling well. I hope everyone feels better tomorrow and gets back to normal. Maybe the warmer temps and sunshine will help your spirits as well.
