Today is going to be swamped with stuff to do….taking George to the doctor he bumped his head really badly about 3 weeks ago and it is still hurting really bad so going to see about that. Then he wants to go talk to the national guard about joining so that would give him something to do one week end a month and they pay for college too. And I think Im going to see about going to work a couple days a week at the nursing home.

They are saying we are going to get more snow. Starting this afternoon and all night and going to really get cold….

Now Joes knee and back are hurting really badly from the cold too. I think we might very well if the market comes back sell out and move to AZ..but I think this cold we are going to get that is more than what we have is getting AZ too , it just wont be as bad or for as long.

Sure would miss all my friends here but would be great to not hurt so bad.

ANDY:::: if I can remember your shovel I will bring it to you tomorrow. And if you arent home I will just put it on your porch is that ok???

SANDY::::: it is so exciting to see those pounds go away isn’t it….im glad you are doing it all by the book especially the exercising. It is really important..keep up the good work.

Jo ::::: I got some probiotics from them too and I couldn’t see that they helped any but others I have gotten did work and work well. Without the extra fiber. Stay warm …

SUSIE::::: I feel like the cold has not only frozen my brain but all my joints too….I know if the good Lord is willing I will not be here next winter.

JEANIE RAE:::::don’t know where you live at in Springfield??? All the highways and streets down here in Branson and Forsyth are all clean and clear. Hey call wal mart and see if they will mail you some protein powder lol no they ship other stuff so maybe they will the p. powder.

I don’t know Dr. Edwards routine but I had a date with Dr. H before I did the testing. So don’t know how your doctor does it but to just get the appointment on the 12 we will take that a good and go from there huh?

Oh you never told me what size crochet needle do I need to get ???

Yes will be waiting to hear about your surgery. Wish I could be with you but it is a little ways off.

Can you get me the info of the phone numbers and the address of the place you are getting it done…I want to find out about a face life. Really I hate all these wrinkles I have from losing all this weight. .

Tell your family they better be sure and call me ok???love you and will be praying for you sweetie….just a couple more days….

Thanks Jan that would be a lifesaver if you could bring it by, I'll be here except for a few mins to take Susan to work, if I'm gone doing that yeah the porch would be fine, thank you so much, I really need to shovel out my drive way so its easier to get in and out of it, esp with more snow coming. I told Susan the other day we should move to El Paso where I have family and it dont get as cold but then I remembered they have been having snow storms for the last few years too, sheesh, at least it dont get as cold. Down here they are saying we will prolly only get 1 - 2 in of snow and north of us will get more, I hope thats the way it works this time. Im so tired of staying in the house, its just to cold to go walking and to dangerous really cuz the streets in the park here are all packed still. Oh well we'll be wishing it wasnt so hot soon, even though hot weather sounds good to me right now lol.

I have the protein powder ready to send, but haven't gotten to the post office. It's across the street from my office, but it's so cold. I'm going to try to go this afternoon.

Good morning! What an insane day yesterday. We had a water pipe in our bathroom freeze, then the drain pipe to the washer froze and flooded my basement. I showed 5 houses to some of my favorite buyers. We about froze. Frank was off so he went with us. We had fun and they found a house they just love. About the 8000 tax credit. You don't have to be a first time buyer you can't have had a mortgage for 3 years or it be your first home and its 10% of the purchase price up to 8000.00. This expires as of now April 30Th. If you own a house and you sell it and buy another one you can get 6500.

Gage said the weather is beautiful there right now, they have had the air on in the car! I just can't take the summers there. We lived there and it was miserable in the summer, but if I could winter there I'd be a happy camper. About my dad, I have two. The one that lives here married to my mom Joe, is my step dad but he's been my step dad for 35 years. He doesn't have kids only me and my kids and then I have my biological dad and he lives in Arizona I'm his only child as well. That's the story lol

Happy new year to all! This is my first day since christmas without family here. So as I read you all took down christmas we leave ours up till Epipheny( when the wise men come). So I still lit my trees last nite and my wreath and it is beautiful in the snow. My last son left for Indiana yesterday. He put a new shower for us in the second br, new cut off water valves etc. I sent all the left over goodies along with him so as to rid our house of all the temptations. Yes, I did keep some for hubby but not many. So my decorations will go down this weekend. Hated to see all the families go home again. All of you that have families close by are blessed. o Iur closest is 3 hours away.

Going back to work Jan? I would still work too if my conditions were different at home. But my DH is the most important to me at this time. He deserves my love and care.

I'm so hoping the forecast of snow and high wind misses us, but someone told me it's already snowing a little. I may stay home tomorrow if we have 40 MPH winds and more snow.

I was reading the message baords on bariactriceating.com and saw a comment about the Inspire protein mix. I have been mixing it with too much water. Guess I should read the directions on the bag. Anyway, I mixed up a 4 oz. drink and it was very good. I'm going to place an order next week.

I put my food on the daily plate last night and discovered I was really low on protein. Only 36 grams yesterday so I ate some cheese and had a protein drink to up it to 76. I've tallied my food for today and I'm at 140 grams of protein and 40 net carbs.

No PS for me. My insurance won't pay and I can't afford it. I really don't have any lose skin. I would love to have my neck done but I'll have to live with what I have unless I win the lottery and you have to play to win.

BRRRR! I am not doing good on getting my protein in today. I don't know what the problem is, oh the kids are wild, that is the problem. That is when I know that there is going to be a weather change when they act like this.

I just wanted to pop in and say HI! I guess I better go and make a protein shake so I can some protein in. Have a good day and stay warm.
