What are you eating Tuesday, Jan 5th?
I'm having a hard time finding food I really like. Never thought that would be a problem.
Pre Breakfast - Click w/1/2 c. milk & 1/2 c. water in the Magic Bullet
Breakfast - Pumpkin oatmeal
S - hot Click
L - 2 slices of Steak'um w/Mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt w/blackberries
S - Clementines & Laughing Cow Cheese
D - 1/4 c spaghetti w/Italian sausage & Marinara sauce
S - ??

well so far today ive had
breakfast:::: a cup of coffee with splenda, protein powder and 1oz of lactaid milk in it....30grams protein
snack :::: banana
lunch"""" protein bar:::18 grams protein
supper::: toppings off of one slice of pizza. one bite of the crust
snack will be a tiny orange(cutie)and maybe a slice of cheese as you can see i didnt get much protein in today....will make that snack before bed a strawberry protein smoothie and that will be another 30 grams which will be 78 grams ....
