No im not going to talk about how cold it is , im sure you all know that already lol but brrrrrrrrrrit is cold….

George and I went to town today and got groc. Not because it was going to snow but just because we needed things like milk and stuff. We had a good time together. He is cute and funny…..hope he finds a good wife one day….but not until he is ready and able to support a family. He is just 20 right now and he is just starting to get hits life on track.

Joe got the kitchen floor fixed but he isn’t pleased witht it….he says as soon as we can get some money ahead he would like to take it all out and put new better flooring in.

Susan ::::wow you are really doing well on the weight loss I bet this is the smallest you have ever been since being grown isn’t it? Is a whole new way of life isn’t it? Has your weight loss more or less stopped?

I too can wear 8s in elastic waist but to wear jeans I have to get 10s because of the excess skin around my waist so I get the stretch kind and that keeps the butt and legs from being to big.

If you can wear size 8 jeans I have a few pair you can have I don’t think I will ever get there unless I can have a tummy tuck and my insurance wont pay for it. Im going to check with another insurance company and see if they will and if so will change to them….

May see you Monday .

JEANIE-RAE::::: now that might be an idea to buy a nice motor home instead of some property somewhere. Then when it was too hot where you were you could go north and if too cold you could go south or west lol and some of the motor homes they have now days are so beautiful…might get one used at a really good price.

Hope you are feeling better each day….am keeping you on my prayer list. Oh what size crochet needle do I need ????

MYSTIC::::: so sorry about your personal problems….was it a surprise to you? I hope not , you sound like you were expecting it …I will keep you in my prayers if that is ok….how old are your girls? And is Mystic your name? keep coming on here , we have some awesome women on here that can help you in lots of ways.

BARBARA:::::: is it snowing at your place? Tell your hubby that everyone is most thankful for guys like him. .

JO::::::I cant eat eggs very well either…and I use to love them. Bacon and eggs was. a favorite…now I have to pat and pat the bacon to make sure it isn’t in the least greasy and I can sometimes eat an egg and sometimes I cant. Just depends on my picky tummy.

I think everyone goes thu a stage somewhere around 2 years that they are just tired of eating more or less the same ole things. And want something different. But after a little experimenting they realize that they cant eat those other things so finally get back to basics and work on finding new things that they can eat

On the protein I don’t know what to tell you except if you really like the click…go for it drink maybe 4 of them a day that would give you more protein. Would be cheaper than keep buying things that you don’t like….

Oh on Kohls it was power hours…..last night and today…I think anyway….when it is you can get some really great buys if you look in the right places. Lol …

Jan, yes, it is snowing. Supposed to get 1-3 and we have surpassed that by a couple of inches now and it is still snowing. Hubby had to be at work at 7:30 this morning and was hoping to put in only 8 hours but, I think he will go the full 12. It doesn't look like it is going to let up anytime soon. I have to get out today. Anissa has to be home at 6 tonight. My oldest grandson has already went to work and says the roads are bad still. Too cold for salt to do any good and with the snow falling, hard to keep it off the highway until it stops. I will call hubby for a report before I venture out. I have a 4-wheel drive and will be fine. I don't like it but can do it if I have to. I don't take the Chihuahua with me anymore when the weather is bad. Don't want to take any chances, stuff happens....

It's snowing and extremely cold but it's probably like that all over Missouri.  I made breakfast this morning.  I never make breakfast except for me on Sunday.  We didn't go to church.  DH always eats donuts there.  I made Pumpkin Oatmeal and will post the recipe.  Very good.  I ate half a portion.  I'm going to make a batch in my little Crock Pot and put in individual bowls to take to work.

Jan, I have the  ugliest kitchen floor ever.  It's red brick color ceramic and the previous owner put it in, but didn't fini**** properly and didn't keep it clean.  Removing it is too expensive and we can't put vinyl or tile over it because it would raise the floor too much and doors won't open.  I steam cleaned it and I know it's clean but it always looks dirty.  I have someone that says he can clean it and put a coating on it to make it look a lot better for $100.

Click only has 15 grams of protein in 2 scoops and I only use 1 so that's only about 8 grams a serving and it has caffeine.   I can't drink it late afternoon.  I have been adding the Cinnamon Roll to coffee and it tastes really good so I will make good use of that.  When it comes to protein I can't slack.  I know I have to get it in.

Susan, I would love to see some memus from you.  I'm in 12s and 14s and feel great but I still need to lose 20-30 lbs.  We're all different so maybe I'm not meant to be a size 8.  Just being healthy is my goal rather than what size I wear although I refuse to buy any thing with an "X" in the size.

Good morning OH,

The boys mostly got my roof done on Friday, thank-God, I was so afraid it would snow really good before they got done and we would have melting snow leaks all over. They said we might still have some ice on the old roof that may leak through so we are gonna wait till a total thaw before we start fixing the ceiling. DS #3 is the best he did the planning and all of the framing and then his brothers came up when they had time off and helped. I am so blessed with great kids.

Jan having a motorhome has been a dream since my kids were little. We talked about buying one and selling what ever we owned and becoming nomads. It still might happen, right now need to do the surgery and get my husband healthy again. Then we can think about the motorhome. Maybe by the time we're ready real estate will be worht more and we'll be able to get a good price on our ten acres.

Oh well, we have to have dreams. I'm feeling a little better everday, just having a hard time getting rid of the cough.  We are using musinex and tussin and saline, and  what ever we can use. This is a real bummer of a cold. I told Matt to stay home, don't want his kids gettin this.

Mystic, So sorry about your family problems, you have a good attitude, if you keep thinking that way you and the girls will be alright. Have you got family and friends close that can help you? I will keep you in my prayers, and I know that God will help you get through.

Gonna close for now and get ready for lunch, been eating a lot of chicken soups. Hoping that the old tried and true magic remedy will work fast.

Everyone have a good Sunday, Stay dry and warm, talk to ya tomorrow.
