What are you eating today?
Other message boards post what they eat so I wondered if any of you are interested in this. I know I hear of weight losses and wonder what those people are eating and doing to have their success.
B - half of Orowheat Thin w/1 T. almond butter
S - Click w/1/2 cup Hood chocolate countdown
L - Greek God's yogurt (1/2 cup w/1/4 cup blackberries) + 1 scoop of protein powder
S - Protein shake
D - Ham, Black-Eyed Peas
S - 2 graham cracker squares w/Cool Whip

Hi ya all...
B~~ 1/4 of a biscuit and gravy....evil evil...never again..it wasnt pretty for a few hours....lol
L~~ a few bites of pork chop....sit like a rock....
S~~ banana...yum
D~~ few bites of ham....going to get something here in a bit....
Not a good eating day today....it started off bad and Im sure it will end bad....
On a good note...still working on eatting good....but getting to be a challenge the last few days....Im sooo tired and just dont want to be bothered....but I know, I know...got to eat....got to eat....got to eat....lol

Jo I think its a great idea! I wish our stores carried the hoods chocolate milk, we only get white but I love it!
Pre Breakfast: Click frapp with milk and topped with whipped cream
Breakfast: special K protein cereal, I added some raisins
Lunch: Peanut butter rice crispy protein bar
Dinner: black eyed peas with ham and a small piece of cornbread and cabbage
I'm going to eat something else but I don't know what yet...lol
