WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY DEC 14
Well im sort of angry about Sundays sun….we got all of one hour of sun before it got dark lol it wasn’t too bad as far as temp…but it sure wasn’t sunny. I did get out side and messed around….went over to the rental house and found an area in the bathroom the sheetrock by the tub was all messed up…come to find out the drain pipe on the tub broke so Joe had to crawl under the house and fix it in the mud …so we left the wall open for the night and put a heater on it to help dry it up. And then hopefully it will be dry enough tomorrow to repair the sheet rock. Then mud and tape and paint ….hopefully Joe got it fixed …if I don’t get it painted until Tuesday morning that will be ok. ,,,I have got to clean the sinks and we need to caulk again around the tub..and the sink just to spark them up. The real estate agent is suppose to be here today. .
Did any of you see the segment of 60 minutes last night? About cell regeneration amazing amazing. It is enough to boggle your mind. Especially the powder ECM that they have developed that will just will make the cells think they are back in the womb and when sprinkled on the injured part rebuilds the muscle or tissue that we want it to. Oh my goodness. Can you imagine??? Exciting stuff….
I tried walking yesterday around the block, did nt make it but about half way and had to cut thru yards to get back to the house. Today when I try it I will take my cane so I can help myself up those hills some. Maybe that way I can get all the way around…my quads just need to be worked on for strength….that is what got so tired. I am starting on my exercise ball some today too.
Susie so glad that you are healing , I know you are sore and hurting but they do say that the thighs are the worst plastic surgery for pain. Of course I don’t know that is just what I have heard. You will be wearing shorts all the time this summer lol hang in there girl it will start getting better each and every day.
Bec lol you are so funny about your Christmas gift from Paul…don’t know what it was but 51.00 wont buy any of those things will it. Maybe a down payment on one of them lol
I know you are just loving working. And im like Jo I know you are so sweet to everyone that they have to leave there smiling and full of Christmas cheer.
I sure hope your tooth calms down here. That makes it hard to smile and be pleasant when you are hurting like that…
Jo: I know what you mean about Christmas spirit . I am one of the last old kids I guess about Christmas usually but this year it is like it is meaningless or something. Not the birth of Christ but the whole hubbub of Christmas and I usually love it. Maybe it is not having money to buy stuff I want to . That maybe it.
I love spinach dip but the best I have found is at Zios. Theirs is absolutely to die for ….yummy.
I would much rather have that as my meal than the steak lol
Well going to get this posted…I see Andy has already gotten the Bible verses posted …can you believe we have almost read the Bible thru now? I never thought I would do that or would get it done . But I have read some passages in there that I had never read before at all. I have a Bible that goes along with the verses as we have read them day by day and im thnking I will read it again next year. Maybe I might be able to retain more of it that way…
LOVE AND HUGS TO ALL .

GOD BLESS YOU TODAY

I think the "holidays" (aka Christmas) have been run in the ground. Stores had trees and decorations up to sell around Labor Day. There have been way too many ads. The reason for the season has been lost.
Everyone loved my SF Jello dish at the dinner and wanted the recipe. They also loved my Pumpkin Cheesecake pie.
I started reading the Bible last year and got thru about 3 months and gave up. I'm going to give it another try in 2010. Congratulations to those of you that accomplished it this year.
I didn't see 60 Minutes but wish I had. That sounds interesting.

Good Morning OH,
Jan making Tamales is a little bit of work but when it's all said and done worth every minute. I'm gonna try to post the recipe I ended up using, it's kind of a combo of a couple of recipes I got on-line.
I made 6 and 1/2 dozen yesterday, it would have been better if didn't have a Two Year old Birthday Party to go to, had to get them rolled and then in the fridge until we came home then I put them in the pot to steam.
Took today off, told my husband I'm not doing anything that doesn't have to be done today. Had a busy 4 days with DR. appointments and all. Not used to running that much and yeah I'm tired, but it's a good tired.
Susie, hope all the hurtin' goes away fast and I'm sure Jan is right, soon you'll start likin what you see and the pain will be forgotten.
Gonna get this posted so I can post the Tamale recipe and get off the computer.
I would love to be your angel . Have your husband call me as soon as surgery is over and I will post it so everyone knows you are on the losers bench. Make sure you take some chap stick as your mouth is dry. Send me your email and I will give you my cell # also. I dont know if I can make it to the hospital due to my committments at home but at least your husband can tell me what room you are in and your real name. I will pray that God keeps you in his care !! Colette
