Frosted Apricot Salad

2 pkg. orange SF Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 can apricots packed in juice, save juice
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice, save juice
1 cup pineapple & apricot juice, mixed

Mix Jello with boiling water and saved juices; add apricots and pineapple.   Pour into 8x12 dish.   Refrigerate until firm.

Frosting
1 cup pineapple/apricot juice, mixed
1/2 cup Splenda
2 t. flour
1 beaten egg
2 T. butter

Mix all ingrediets together.  Coo****il thick.  Cool and add 1 cup Cool Whip.  Spread over firm Jello and top with grated cheese.
