WHATS HAPPENING SATURDAY DEC 12
Well today was pretty good , a whole lot better than it has been and Saturday and Sunday are going to be good but then they say it is going down hill again fast. Darn it. But today I got out and put more straw on all of my elephant ears and other flowers. And of course all that dust in the straw has me sneezing like crazy and cant find my Sudafed …Oh Jo if you try the Sudafed now just a note the only ones that I have found that really work is the little red ones the 12 hour or 24 hour don’t work for us because of the time release…nothing with time realease works for us right. We get all of it at once . And that aint good.
Well today we made the decision to call the real estate agent to try and sell our rental house and after I called her I had 4 calls from the ad I had put on Craigslist…one of them sounds really promising. She lives in St. Louis they moved up there last year hoping they would be able to make a better living but she said things are so high there and they want back in this area again. They lived in Theodosia for a long long time so she knows where we are. But they cant come to see the place until the day after Christmas and the real estate company is coming on Tuesday next week….if I would sell the place to this lady I was talking to would I still owe the real estate lady the percentage if I were signed with her? Hey Lou???
I guess we will have the kids down on the 26th that will be good I told them all not to expect anything. Just getting kids and babies stuff.
Well I am going to bed and will write more in the a.m. good night all.
Great to see that Susie is home and still kicking. We will all continue to pray for you so you don’t have any more pain than necessary to heal….Cant wait to see you hopefully on the 28th…..please let your body heal some before you do the next round ok? Sure wish I had the money to follow along with you on your journey….but oh well I would really be happy if all I could get done was a face lift. When you say you got your eyes done do you mean the lids? doesn’t that go along with a full face lift? I know you can get pieces of a face lift done .

I went out yesterday afternoon and was surprised at how nice it was. I went to Walmart and was shocked they had associates throughout the store asking if I needed help and directing customers here and there. I bought the little I adopted some footie pjs and a package of cars.
Thanks for the info on the Sudafed. I didn't know our rewired tummies didn't do well with the 12 and 24 hour meds. The antibiotic I got really upset my pouch the first day. It says takie one every 12 hours. Yesterday I broke it in half and no pouch problems.
Didn't you have a young couple rent your house? Maybe you should hold off on the real estate agent until after the lady sees it.
Today is our 17th wedding anniversary. We're going to a play at a church this afternoon then out to dinner at Outback or maybe Applebees.
Tomorrow we're going to my Sunday School class dinner. I made Frosted Apricot Salad and used SF Jello and fruit packed in juice. I'm making SF Pumpkin Pie too. The will never know the difference.

Hi Jan and all you OH people, I really feel like a Grandma today, Matt and his Wife and kids helped build the Girl Scout float for the Ava Christmas Parade, and we went down and watched the parade, took some pictures, it was cold and rainy but the parade went on and it was really awesome to see all the people that showed up to share in the Christmas celebration. Gonna try to upload the pictures if it works they will be in my album.
Jan I agree with Jo, if you feel like this lady might buy the house, it might not hurt to wait til you see her. I don't know much about real estate laws, but we had a house up for sale in KC in the early 90's and had to go through our agent to rent to a couple that wanted to rent to own. Maybe Lou will see your post and be able to answer the question.
Maybe if you sell the house you can afford to get the face lift.
I'm glad Susie's home too, I think it's easier to heal in you own place.
Gotta post this and go finish making supper. Roasted a 13 lb turkey, gonna have some for supper then make turkey tamales for the guys out of the rest. made a batch after turkey day and they went so fast I thought maybe they up and flew the coop.LOL
