Good to be back I really miss you all when im not here. I havent done much while ive been gone. B een so cold man I cant believe that in November we were warmer than normal now we are having crazy weather in the other direction.

When we went to Forsyth today we took George around to all sorts of placed to put in applications…

He sure does want a job and really needs one too. They have plans to find an apartment of their own when one of them gets a job …they both are looking. Anyway Patrick will have his stuff back he can get his GED done and then get registered for College too. We are hoping it can be done soon so he can get in the winter classes with George….

Well is it going to sn ow??? Is it not ? Who knows but I do know this , that if you love snow and cant wait for the white stuff to fall , it gives you a great big thrill. You wont get any…but if you hate the dirty stuff and have to drive in it. Then it will fall all around you…lol

My knee is still swelling on me but mostly when im on it too much….I have been wanting to start walking around the block maybe it would be better if I do . My doctor wrote a script that I can take to Skaggs and do water therapy with a therapist there. 2 times a week. For a month…I might do that could coordinate other things at the same time.

I need to go get my hair cut and colored again. But don’t know when it will be …hopefully I will get it done before Christmas, guess I had better call my hairdresser tomorrow and schedule it.

Well im going to get this posted so you know im alive ,,,,,again Thanks Andy and Susan and for all of You that continued on …. Glad you are all doing well.

P.S. please all of you that pray please add my grandsons other grandmother to your prayer list. They found out tonight that she has cancer really bad in her rectum ….they say they think they can get it all by doing surgery but she is saying no to surgery. It would leave her with a colostomy . Her name is Alicia Lyons

Yay! So glad it works for ya again. You are so very welcome.  You must have been hiding the cookies from Joe  haha.  I told Joe but dunno if he remembered to tell ya or not, on your desktop is a red icon “CCLeaner"  just open that and press “run"  when you want to clear your cookies and it will clear all cookies.  There’s also an icon named “Vista Manager"  that program is for when you start getting a lot of errors, sometimes errors get stored in the registry, that program will clean all those out from time to time, ya just click on that then click on “One Click Clearner" and it will do its thing.  In Vista its so hard to find all the places to clean out, those two programs will do it for ya. I was also able to turn off the User Account Control thingy, thats the thing that always pops up when you try to run a program and is so annoying.  Hopefully you wont have any more trouble.  When ya do get ready to clean out your laptop and restore it back to factory just holler at me and I’ll come down and do it for ya.  When you do that it will run a lot faster, its not hard to back up your laptop so you wont lose anything.  Anyway I’m so glad it’s working again.

Doesn’t look like we’re gonna get much snow if any at all, its misting rain out here right now, it didn’t get down to freezing so hopefully it’ll stay that way. 

Can’t wait for biggest loser tonight.  I really hope Danny wins, he’s done so well.  I follow him on twitter and facebook and from what it sounds like he’s really done well since the last weigh in, he cant say or show what he’s lost until tonight but I bet he’s looking so good.  I dunno who will win the vote, Liz or Amanda but I expect Amanda will win that one.  I was reading in a forum where a lot of people are still made at Liz for being two faced when she said she’d vote out Tracy the first chance she got and then she didn’t do it, we’ll see what happens tonight.  Geeze I dunno what we’re gonna watch the rest of the year, Amazing race is ending, biggest loser is ending, all the good ones are coming to an end or have ended. 

Not much going on here today, Susan is off the next couple days, we were gonna try and take her dad to see the Christmas lights in branson but if it gets colder and real windy like they say its gonna do, I guess we’ll wait.  He really likes looking at Christmas lights and stuff so thought it’d be something neat to take him too.

I been doing some deep studying on metabolism and how it works and I’m really finding out that our metabolism is a tricky thing.  I’m trying different foods that are suppose to help speed up our metabolism and make it better to maintain our weight.  A lot that I’m finding is common sense but I’ve found some other info that is looking really helpful, I know my metabolism has been out of wack big time so I’m trying to get it stabilized and back on track.

Hey Andy do you know yet or not if you are going to be here on the next support meeting? if so could you maybe give a presentation on the metobolism? sounds really interesting. I think that is what is going on with me that i have messed with it so much that it just more or less has shut down. i am trying to add more protein to my day...if i can get  it in...
Yeah Joe was really proud that he remebered about the two new icons on my computer desktop lol  sometime when you have time come on down and you can do the computer restore if you want. will cook some supper for all of us.  ok?
 

Yeah our metabolism is a tricky thing and for some it can be a real pain but from what I have been studying and talking to a couple trainers we can control our metabolism if we do the right things.  I prolly wont be able to be at the december group but I can in january's if no one has anything planned for it.  I've found some really good information and tips.

Yeah we'll come down soon and work on your laptop, sounds like a plan to me.  I'll see what Susan's days off are for next week.

Andy, when you find out about metabolism, let us all know.  My dietician gave me the name of someone that tests your metabolism.  I need to schedule an appointment.  Not sure I have any metabolism. 

You and Susan are doing so well.  I think you already know what to eat.

No snow in my neighborhood and that's fine with me.  The weather forecasters here get everyone ralled (sp?) up about the weather then it doesn't happen.  They were ready with the salt trucks and there wasn't even a snowflake.  The cities are complaining that they don't have funds to buy anymore salt.

I made one of those 35 second muffin.  People at BE rave about them but I thought it tasted nasty and threw it away.  Even peanut butter didn't improve it.

 Time is ticking for my ps . I am a little nervous but I still am doing it. I will be thinking of Angie. I cannot live life in fear of what could happen. I know I need to do this as a first step in regaining my sense of who I am. I am already planning what to fix on my next surgery. DH doesn't know that yet. I have hinted about it . I think he will be ok with it. I just have to tell myself I am worth it and I can drive my now nine year old car a few more years. I just hope the insurance will come thru for the tummy. I will deal with the rest. I guess you can tell I am a bit preoccupied  about the surgery. Please keep me in mind and in your prayers on Friday.

I hope you all are inside and warm and can stay there. Looks like we will miss the snow but not the cold. Time will tell.
