Cheesecake

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Splenda
4 T. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix ingredients together and pat into bottom and sides of an 8" springform cake pan (I used a pie plate).  Prepare filling.

Filling
2 eggs
12 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup Splenda
1/2 t. vanilla

Beat eggs and cream cheese together.  Add Splenda and vanilla.  Beat until well blended.  Pour into prepared crust.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.  Let cool for 10 minutes.  Add topping.

Topping
1/2 cup Splenda
1 cup sour cream
1/2 t. vanilla

Combine ingredients and put on top of cheesecake; return to oven for 10 minutes.

Of course I want your recipe.  I have a bijillion recipes but I keep collecting more.  Always a new dish being served at my house.  Yesterday I made a great slow cooker dish, Sweet and Sour Chicken.  My son loved it and didn't know it had Splenda instead of sugar in the sauce.  I'll post it.

The Cheesecake is from Pauls Deen and I subbed Splenda for the sugar.
