Well how many of you over ate??? Hope none of you did. Now you all are done with it all and I am ust getting started….we are having our Turkey day tomorrow. Lol

Ive got everything started and ready I guess. Im furnishing all the meat, turkey and

b-b-qued deer. Yummy , deviled eggs mashed pots and gravy, cauliflower and cheese

Glazed carrots , cranberry jelly with orange zest. That is it for me and the girls are

Bringing the rest…oh yeah I do have a couple of pies and some ice cream in case

No one brings enough deserts. I will make them and they will be eaten I know.

If not tomorrow then some time ….

It is suppose to get up to almost 65 tomorrow , we might be able to eat outside that would

Be so neat.

I have so much to be thankful for this year…so very much. There have been a lot of

Losses of loved ones family and cyber friends but there is still so much that we have

To be thankful for.

Cor:::: how are you doing with your eating now? Have you found the reason you

Were trying to make yourself so sick? Bless your heart it is so hard to get this right

isn’t it? Want you to know that im proud of you for trying to beat this and I know you will

JO:::::that dessert sounds wonderful lol of course lol . I fix sugar free pudding but

That just doesn’t get it for my dessert you know…now if they were all eating pudding

Too that would be ok but here I am eating s.f. pudding and they are eating something

That looks and smells so good. Darn.

Will put your sister on my prayer list .and hope this next year is her year.

Lou::: will be remembering you this morning while im sleeping away….I did my shopping online last night , at least what im going to buy…the rest is checks or gift certificates. The only gifts I buy is toys. When they get too big for toys I give them money to go get what they want. Lol

DEBBIE D. :::::you sound like your turkey day was way laid back too. I like having dinner later in the day too. And your fryer sounds good. Never heard of one but our propane one scares me when you put the meat in…anyway when you get ready to do the frog stew??? Better invite us lol

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and hope you remembered lots of things to say thanks for.

Good Morning all....
Well I made it through yesterday....and dropped in bed at 9 last night!! Thats early for me...lol. Didnt eat much yesterday..but thats a good thing too...with all the carby foods it would have been easy to over do it.
Jan, Im not sure what or why on the not eatting and making myself perge. Just know that I have stop doing that...but still not making good choices with eatting either. However I have gained which is a good thing if you want to consider that a good thing....Im back up to 105, but its a carb gain...mainly eatting junk....crackers, breads all the things that we shouldnt be having. So I will be trying to De-Carb myself again and get back on the right path. I think I ate the bad stuff just to prove to myself that its ok, but just in moderation....My clothes still fit good and my jeans arent falling down now though...lol But do fill guilty when I eat something bad.....weird I know...but I do refuse to get big again...!!
Anyway...just wanted to come on and say Hello....to everyone....and to make sure everyone is doing good....
Love and Hugs to you all....

Cor, good to see you post.  I understand your feeling guilt when you eat something bad.  I do too.  I spent so many years tracking food and constantly thinking about what I ate and what I was going to eat.  Wish I could just eat healthy and quit thinking if it's healthy and did I eat too much.

Carbs are so tasty.  I love crackers and they go down so easy.  This week I've de-carbed and I'm less hungry and the scale numbers went down.  I still need to lose at least 20 lbs.

Good morning to all!!  I have much to be thankful for like better health, a job I like, family, my dogs that bring me such much joy.  There are family issues that bother me but I can't fix.  All I can do is pray for them.

My son brought lasagna and I provided salad, garlic bread and dessert.  I didn't even taste the Pumpkin Gooey Cake.  I ate about 1/4 of a serving of lasagna and was full along with some salad.

My SD said come over around 5:00 and we would eat at 5:30.  I don't know what the delay was but we didn't eat until after 7:00.  About 6:30 I had stomach pain.  It must have been from hunger because after I ate it went away.  Last year I didn't like turkey and I like it even less now.  I got down a few bites.  Nothing tasted very good and I know it was just me.  Weird how our tastes change after WLS.  I took a healthy fruit salad and corn casserole, both tasted good.  So, I definitely didn't overeat yesterday.  They had Pumpkin and Apple Pies, both made with sugar so I passed and had my SF Cheesecake when I came home.

Today the GDs are coming over to help decorate our tree.  I've reserved 3 movies at Redbox so we'll watch some movies and they requested Spaghetti and Meatballs for dinner.  I'm using the Dreamfield pasta but I'll keep the spaghetti to 1/4 cup.

Jan, hope you have a wonderful day with your family.  No way would you catch me out shopping on BF.  I give a lot of gift cards and cash.  My dad always said cash always fits and is always is the right color.
