what is this pain...I hurt so bad

ok someone tell me what this pain is....right under the rib on the left side....it almost feels swollen...Its very uncomfortabe and throbs....This is the first time I have had any pain like this since surgery...
Any help is welcome...

Thanks jan...im thinking that too....wondering if it could be a hernia?? will see what tomorrow brings, unless it gets too bad....Might be stress too for that matter...just worries me....cant have any problems now come up...dont have time for all that...lol
