Is it still possible
I was wondering if a person can still continue losing weight after 2yrs post op? It seems like it's really hard and I keep yo-yoing and it's frustrating. I want to lose maybe 25-30 more pounds to reach my personal goal but struggling with that a great deal. I was just wondering if we are still able to lose our weight after being post-op so long? I have been told we only have 18 months (window of oppurtunity) to lose what we want so didn't know if after 18 months we won't lose anymore?
Im 3 years out this saturday and I'm still losing, slower then at first but I'm still losing. At 2 years until now I've lost over 100 lbs, its not as easy and you have to work at it but it can be done. I havnt lost in the last couple months, I'm on a stall, just gotta keep at it and it'll come off. The key for me has been getting in my protein shakes and walking, when I dont walk I dont lose or some kind or excersise.
Hope that helps ya.

I'm 16 months out and haven't lost anything since July. I also want to lose another 25-30. My problem with losing is, I'm sure, lack of exercise and eating too many carbs.
Just in the last few days I've had a light bulb moment and finally realize I must exercise and I have to limit carbs. Some people think a calorie is a calorie and it doesn't matter how you "spend" them, but it does. Unless I limit carbs I don't lose so going forward I am going to keep my carbs very low.
