Jan  remember I was about 120 pounds heavier and had both done at the same . They said my age made it harder for some reason about tighter joints. I am glad you are doing well.

I am sooooo hungry and thirsty.  Can't eat because I'm having my surgery (D&C) at 2:00.

Offer up a prayer for me please that there is no problem.

Hi Jan and all my friends on OH,

Still waiting to hear from Dr. Edwards office. Have two calls in but haven't gotten one back. Of course they said it could take up to 4 wks to determine if I qualify for Humana's approval, so guess I just get to play the waiting game.

Jan I hope you are doing good, been reading haven't posted too much. Glad you are at home and able to get around inside, when you are feeling better I'm sure you'll be able to get around outside better.

Janet, I'm sorry to hear you couldn't have your surgery, I'm praying for you.

Jo....You are in my prayers for your surgery today.

Well I got to see Matt's (my middle son) new house and it's nice and in a nice neighborhood. The kids have a big fenced in back yard to play in and even though they are 3 to a bedroom the rooms are huge so they have plenty of space. Matt and Christie love the house, and I think that some of the problems they were having to deal with will slowly go away. Now it's time to get ready for Thanksgiving, that's my big Holiday, always has been. I love having all of my family around me at least once during the year, then we wish each other a MERRY CHRISTMAS, get gifts for the kids. My other half has decided he wants to get a bigger tree, the little dollare general pre-lit tree is too small. I told him to go ahead but he will have to buy more ornaments and decorate it himself. So it's not final, will probably put up the little old tree after everyone goes home with their bellies full.

Since I have decided to have WLS, my children thought since I probably won't ever feel like doing this again, we are making tamales on Friday after T-day.

How about the Christmas Party? Are we gonna have one and if we do how does it work? Do we do potluck or does every sign up for a certain dish or do we even have a dinner? OMG I am rambling today, Lloyd is back to work and feeling much better and without him hanging around I can do things, so I guess my brain is in overtime.

Hope everyone has a good week-end
