Surgery tomorrow at KU Med

I live in MO in the KC Metro area.  I am having my surgery tomorrow with Dr. Niazy Selim.  Any last minute tips or reccomendations? 

take gas x with you to the hospital, it wont hurt you and will sure help relieve the gas after surgery. also take a pillow with you for the ride home...will help hold you together over bumps...lol let us know how you do ok?

Thanks so much for your help.  I am back at work and I would say at 95%.  Lose the drain tubes and I will be one happy girl.  The gas pain in my shoulder was one of the worst pains I had.  Hard to believe a little gas can hurt so bad...lol.  Thanks so much for your help before hand.  I am back at work since yesterday and doing awesome!!!!
