I'm home from surgery

Kim,
I'm so confused. I thought your surgery was next Monday. So glad you are home. I cannot stress enough how important it is to keep hydrated. Sip on something, non-sugar sweetened and non-carbonated, all the time. Several people I know have ended up in the hospital due to dehydration after surgery. It seems as if you can't possible drink enough but think of it as a shot glass every ten minutes and it doesn't seem so daunting. A friend even brought me a shot glass at the hospital to use to measure. We'll keep praying for you. There will be a few rough days ahead but just know that it gets easier and better every day and soon you'll be tip-top over the moon with your new self.
Hugs,
Lana

Adamsamah,

Yes the surgery was on the 19th. Next monday is my b-day. I told my friend this is the 1st b-day I won't be celbrating with all unhealthy food. But it is worth it. I will be the Big 30. I keep liquids goin in all day. Thanks for all your advice.
