I DID IT!!!!

We went to Ha Ha Tonka on Monday. Anyone familiar with this area knows about the dreaded 326 steps down to the spring. I made it down that whole trail after exploring the castle ruins. Unfortunately I didn't make it back up to the van but I still felt so very good about myself. I have lost 65 lbs. so far and though at times I struggle with protein etc. I feel good and I am excited to be on the loser's bench.

you sound so proud of yourself and rightly so , im proud of you too....just the first of many many wow moments. keep up the good work and you will be rewarded with more and more wows.    Make yourself get the protein down ...in any way you can....i use protein coffee and also make Chi tea  both have protein in them  and made without a lot of cost.....
