White Chicken Chili Recipe Needed - Please

Good Morning MO Peeps!

I'm looking for a tried and true White Chicken Chili Recipe.  Both my boys have requested it for our Sunday meal this weekend.  I have a couple, however, can't remember which one is the "good" one.  If any of you have one you've tried and like, please send it to me thru a PM or post it here so everyone can enjoy.

How is Bec? havent seen her on here for awhile.   Have you been in touch with Peggy?" is she ok?  wish you girls would be back on the board some. i miss you all. will you and hubby come to the christmas party this year ?? we are just talking about it right now but would sure love for you to come....

Bec is doing GREAT!  She is absolutely beautiful!   I had a wonderful time visiting with her, Paul & Crystal this past week.  Was able to spend two nights and almost 3 whole days with her!  Of course, she makes you feel like a princess when you're in her house.  Cooked up a storm and was DELICIOUS as usual!  I wish we loved closer.

I haven't heard from Peg much either.  Hope she is doing well.  I'll try to post more on the board.  Just a lot going on right now.  I don't think David and I will be able to make it to the COF Christmas Party this year.  My Aunt and Cousins may be coming up from Mountain Home this Christmas.  Will be the first Christmas I've ever spent with them...or at least that I can remember.

Weigh****chers White Chicken Chili

2 large cans of all white meat chicken
1-2 cans of Rotel tomatos
3 cans chicken broth
1 small block of velveta light ( cubed)
4 cans of white beans ( navy or great northern)

Put everything in the pot except for the cheese, wait until it starts to boil and then add cheese stir until melted  I LOVE this stuff!
