WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY
Don’t know about where you where today but down here it only got up to 61 degrees was nice and pretty for awhile then started clouding up , looks like we are going to get some rain. Brrr they are saying by next week end we might have low 30s like I said where is this green house effect??? I think it should be the Ice house effect.
I have been taking out my summer clothes and putting in my winter clothes. I need to go buy some sweat pants I have plenty of sweat shirts and no pants. Think I might get cold without some pants. Also need to buy some more socks. Will tell my kids that is what I want for Christmas …sweat pants and socks. , they wont get it for me , will think it isn’t a nice present for mama but sure wish that is what they would get , instead of some foo foo thing….that they think is just the thing that mama needs lol
I have been busy today getting a lot of things potted up that I want to keep but im not going to heat the green house while we are gone this winter. Will see how well the sun does the job,…and I read that I need to put several milk bottles full of water with them painted black and it will help hold the heat in at night. Like I said we will try it and see what will happen. If I can find dishes big enough to hold water for them I might put some of the huge ones in the house. We turn the heat down to only emergency heat when we are gone …
Boy im glad I havent went to Lake of the Ozarks any this summer, that is awful that it has E. Coli in it and no one has closed it down. No telling how many people have gotten sick from it and not know what is wrong with them because it is possible to get E. Coli infection and not die just make you really really sick .
Susan…..well I tried to ride my bike today up the driveway and I can do it. But my left knee kept catching on me so I guess I will quit until I get the knee fixed and operating right. It was fun to ride tho. Felt like a kid again. Are you ready for the cold next week end? Brrrrr

You know I was wondering about Mel not long ago. Just wondered what she was doing and if she had lost anymore weight? I guess she had to give the kids back to their parents? I wonder how they are doing? I worry about babies that are being raised with sad, bad people….
Oh my I cant not believe that about your mom…what in the world is she thinking? You will just have to do her like I have had to do Michele with her abusive relationships before. I have told her that she has two choices 1. Leave the idiot or 2. Live with it and keep her mouth shut….no need to get me upset with what is going on if she isn’t going to take care of herself.
I know what you mean about pain sweetie I know you will continue to have back pain because of the arthritis etc but you may be surprised about how much of the pain you have came from the female organs. They can really cause horrible pain. We will pray that that is so and that the surgery will eliminate some of your pain at least.
Your grandbaby of course is so cute..I know she has to be completely adorable …..wish we could see her again ..
Christmas party….I was going to ask everyone at the meeting if they want to have one again this year? So hope everyone will be there so we can put it on the table. So hope everyone will be there this month…please we need everyone to be there to help us decide things. Sugar really knows how to throw parties that everyone just loves and has a great time at. ….
Jeanie-Rae where did you go to seminar at Jeanie? And what doctor? I know it is confusing and hard to get it in your head what you need to do next…but if you get it mostly written down when you go see the doctor the first time they can help you with all of the ways you are suppose to do it. …I know Dr. H. and his nurse helped me with all the right words and all.
Glad your hubby is feeling better and maybe the fact that he isn’t getting the idea that he has COPD maybe that idea is too scary for him to think about it.

Good morning everyone.we sure are getting some heavy rain here this morning.look's like it may not stop for a while.supposed to be down to 36 degress by sunday morning burrrr.jan we were just talking about getting some sweat pant's too.andy and i dont have any either.our's got too old and too big for us.they sure would feel good at the moment.i dont think we are ready for the cold air they are calling for or the frost.
jeanie rae good to see you on here again.we will be praying that you are able to get your surgery.it is the best thing we have ever done.i was on blood pressure med's,100 unit's of insulin every night one blood sugar pill's two pill's twice a day and one of them twice a day a 1,000 mg each i am now of all my med's.we both feel soo much better.
janet good to see you on here again too.seem's like forever since we have seen you last.yes i am wearing a size 8 to 10 medium pant's.medium scrub bottom;s and large scrub top's for work.i never thought i would in that size.a christmas party would be nice.we did have a lot of fun last time.
i do have a prayer request for a friend.the lady who is over the social services where i work is in skagg's hospital.they are moving her to a hospital in springfield that is for brain trama.last friday she went into a coma.they have her a machine to help her breath.she is in critical condition.they think she had a heart attack.they still do not know what happened to her.she is only 30 year's old.she has a 3 year old child and a baby a few month's old at home.i think her name is jennifer.she is a very nice lady.she has only worked at the home for a short time.

Wow did we ever get a horrible storm last night. Woke me out of a dead sleep! Its STILL raining here and we have flooding in the ditches, it came down so hard last night! Im NOT looking forward to this Sunday-they are saying its going to get down to 36 here! Ouch! Saturday is suppose to start out at 38-I bet that will happen when we are packing the Suburban for our trip to the RC nationals-lol.....YUCK! YUCK! YUCK!
Jan-Mel looked real good....she said she had gained and lost some more weight-she looked smaller than I remembered and her hair is a lot longer-just looked good.
Yes, they had to give the kids back-a long, long time ago. The parents are still crap and those kids are NOT going to have a good life because of their sucky parents! Maybe she will come to a meeting in the near future? I dont know, but Im sure she would like to see everyone again.
I know about my mom, huh? I cant believe it. She wont even answer her phone for me now. She thinks I am going to yell at her-which Im not. Both of my girls have told her that they are NOT having anything to do with her IF she moves back in with him, but she told them thats on their head-not hers. WOW.....All I know is Im so sick of all the games. When people are threatening to kill you and they have gotten physical and then my dad threatening to beat my *ss in front of my kids-there is NO WAY I am subjecting my kids OR myself to that behavior ever again! So, to me, its on her head if she gets back with him.
As far as Im concerned at this point-the two of them deserve each other and if they never want to have a decent relationship or life before they are gone-then thats their deal. Not mine! It is what it is. Just hope that no one gets hurt hurt the next time-and mark my words-there WILL BE A NEXT TIME! There WILL BE! There always is-45 yrs worth! (shaking head)
I am looking forward to the holiday party-that was such a blast and we had soooo much fun! What a great bunch of people we had-everyone just laughed and had a great time-Sugar did the best job ever with the activities-it was just a blast! I really hope that everyone wants to do that again this year! YAY!
Has Joe gotten his results back yet? When is he suppose to hear something? Did they tell you when? Im praying for uncle Joe and for you too-Hope all is well. Please let us know just as soon as you hear, ok? Love you both and miss ya alot!
I know what you mean about the pain......I do believe that some of it will go away, but with this cold weather rolling in-the arthritis is a lot worse than it is in the summer time....Yikes. Im scared that this winter is going to be bad and that I wont be doing so hot. May end up in AZ before too long.
We got some really sad news yesterday. It broke my heart. One of the kindergarten teachers at Jons school-her and her daughter were in a car accident last Thurs evening and they were both going to recover and just have a couple of months of rehab, etc-and the daughter died Sunday night. She was 7. I met the teacher 2 weeks ago when she was having lunch with Jons teacher and they were both talking to me about Jon...... My heart goes out to Mrs. Clause and her family right now! Wish I knew what to do to help them, but nothing is going to help with this sort of pain and agony. Please say some prayers for them. Thank you.
And on that note-I am going to get going. I have some work to do on my book and some chores to do today. Im pretty achey today and cannot wait to get to the dr. tomorrow! WOOOO HOOOO!

Jan thank-you for your support, I really appreciate all the help I can get and will certainly ask if I run into any snags. I went to St. John's in Springfield, they have a very highly recommend program. Dr. Edwards will be my surgeon, and am going for RNY. Going to PCP tomorrow with my request for letter of med. necessity, was originally gonna wait til my next app. but called this morning, they have opening for tomorrow so gonna go for it. I think the paper work is pretty much handled and my husband and we are gonna do what we have to for my co-pay, which isn't really all that much. So I'm doing what I have to, to get the ball rolling.
I think the worst part is they haven't found what medication is right for him yet, they are doing a pulmonary function at the end of the month, maybe by then what they put him on will start relieving his breathing issues. Really he feels a little better when he gets up and does things instead of sitting around, so I think if he just keeps doing his excercises like he's been told he'll feel better.
