WHATS HAPPENING FOR FRIDAY

Today was a bla day for sure….anytime that we have to get up and get to somewhere before 9 am in the morning , you can count on both of us oversleeping. and when we don’t have to be anywhere im up about 5am…well yeah for sure this morning we were suppose to be in Branson at the heart clinic at 9am….this morning Joe rolls over and says honey it is 7:30 I guess we need to get up. Well while I was trying to get my back and legs to working, I took my pills and then went into the bathroom to try and get dressed and washed face etc. told Joe get the coffee going, he said I cant have any I told him no you cant ….anyway I got my protein coffee ready then couldn’t find my water that I just took out of ref. oh well you get the idea…finally we got on the road at 8am but we still got to Branson by 5 after 9 which was amazing. Anyway didn’t leave there till 1:30 they tried to put him on the treadmill for the test and he couldn’t get his heart rate up hight enough so then had the chemical test. …but anyway all of that is done ,,,,I am just praying that they find nothing wrong with his heart. We will find out in a few days I guess.

The day was way too too humid, kept looking like it was going to open up and pour, just got sprinkles untill about 6:15 then someone slit open that boot.

But at 7 pm looks like it is about over. Skys appear to be clearing ….they say down in the 40s tonight. We may have a frost soon…

When we got home about 2 yesterday Joe ate a fairly good meal and then went to bed lol hasn’t gotten up yet. don’t know how he can sleep like that. Just wild to me. I wish I could ….

My computer is still acting up …I am thinking about taking everything off that I want to keep and put it on a disc and then wipe it clean, and use the starting disc and reformat it. And load on there what I want on it again. ….will make sure that some things cant get on this time.

I love my new shoes . You have heard about the Skeachers exercise shoes well they cost about a hundred dollars. But K mart had some called thera shoes …oh man do they ever feel good. They make you walk entirely different…the presure on the back and hips is different…not very good for walking in gravel tho. But pavement is wonderful…

Got to stop for awhile ,,,survivor is coming on lol oh wow I sure don’t like that Russell guy….do you all ?

All of you that are waiting to have surgery I hope that you get your dates soon. It is the best decision I ever made for myself in my whole life. Now that is saying a lot, I have had to make a lot of decisions in my life. And to say this one is the best ????

don’t know what has happened to all the people that usually post on here. , maybe this has been on a little too long and everyone is tired of it? I know I have missed some lately but it shouldn’t make that much difference, this board is here for everyone. I saw where someone was wanting to make a board for Mo people that have had wls on Facebook, Nothing wrong with that except isn’t that what we have here? Just asking maybe im not with it enough lol I hope they get all sorts of people that go to the site tho.
