wt gain

okay, so here I am asking about the wt I have gained 6 years post op of RNY.  It does not seem to matter what I do, I cannot lose the 30 pounds I have put on, and it is not getting better!  What can I do?  I eat pretty well, follow rules...so on.  Even if I exercise I stay fat.  If I cut calories to 1200 daily I stay fat.  Anyone have a solution?  I thought about a revision but I don't know what the rules are, or who even does them, or if that is the answer here.  My surgeon won't do them.

I am also 6 years Post op. I have put on about 25 lbs. I can lose it but have to cut my calories to about 600 calories. Anymore than that and I either hold it or gain. You might want to cut your calories until you begin to lose. Hope this helps.
