Susan i dont know who you got hold of but i have called several times and never gotten hold of anyone that treated me badly but i know that things can happen to anyone. Dr. Hawes will be at our monthly support meeting on the 28th if you would like to come see him and ask him questions plus you would get to meet the lovely group of people that come to the Springfield Circle of Friends.
