Down 10 more

went to dr this morning.Back is all messed up and i am in major pain.but was wasted trip to dr.Anywho i am down 10 more lbs.just wanted to share.Now i'm going  back to my fetal postion in Gails recliner. Everyone have a great evening.

what is wrong with your back ???? what did you do to it??? and what do you mean that it was a wasted trip? he didnt help you any?   congrats on the 10 pound wt loss....take care of yourself.

my back is all messed up ,has been for a long time and it acts up at times and hurts so bad i can barely walk and this is one of those times. went to dr and told him what was going on and asked for a pain shot and a steroid shot. but they were so busy he just brushed me off. i really need to find a dr that listens to my needs and isnt so dang busy that i am ignored.he did write me my refill perscriptions so guess thats a plus lol. gotta get nikki ready for school and then i'm headed back to the heat pad.Hope you have a great day.

Thank you Susan.Seems like my weight loss is slow going,but least its going LOL.As i say I am a work in progress.LOL.
