upcoming surgery

 Well my attack and trip to the ER was more than I hoped. Dr H says I need to get a few extra stitches to hold me in place. Looks like I have an internal hernia. I pushed it  to Oct 1 because of commitments. I just hope I do not have an attack while on vacation. He says its an eight hour window to get into surgery if it doesn't correct itself within an hour. I know I am sore from the last attack. He said I was doing great on my weight but when I asked what his goal for me was I didn't feel as good. I still have a way to go but I am not complaining or worrying about it.
Keep me in your prayers that I do not have an attack while in Germany or before the surgery.

Susie we'll be sure to keep you in our prayers, you be sure to watch it and take care of yourself while your on your trip.  When do you all leave for Germany?  Thats sure a long flight.  So glad Dr. H found what it was, now ya just have to correct it. We'll hold ya up in prayer.

That is why  I posted what I did.....  Petersen's space internal hernia I'll wager...   it is from the massive weight loss...  Hope that it doesn't flare up on you while on vacation.........

well bummer at least if it starts hurting while on vacation you will know what to tell them it is. Germany has good doctors and hospitals so they will be able to find  bararatic surgeon....good luck and take it easy....will keep you in our prayers.

Well crap Susie I hate it that you have to have surgery.  But ya gotta get that fixed for sure.  You be safe on your trip and have a good time. I'll be praying for you.  ;) Lou
