Congrats on doing well. I added a little bit of whipped topping to my sugar free jello and tried broth off of soup instead of just broth in a can or bullion (sp?). That dressed it up a little. Good luck!

i lived off of sugar free popcicles.  but dont worry you will be out of this phase soon. just remember that is a tiny little newborn tummy and requires care and love. dont put things in it that the tiny new born cant stand ....take care of yourself so you dont wind up sick or hurt.

Glad to hear it went well!  I am just a few weeks ahead of you, and it DOES get better, better every day!!  I absolutely HATE Jello, so I had lots of SF popsicles and broth.  Good luck!!!!

If no one has told you - don't forget to sip - sip - sip.  carry your bottle of water everywhere with you.

Broth off canned soups is the best - tastes like a huge banquet and the dog gets the noodles, veggies or whatever you strain off. This too will pass and you are in for the ride of your life!!

"WLS is about making better choices, a healthier lifestyle and seeing how little you can eat.  Portion control is the key to all weight loss surgeries.  Bottom line - it isn't how much you can eat - it is how little you can eat."
