Eatin' Good Friday....Wet, wet, wet
Hi all...
Sorry I didn't start this thread last night...we were gone all day and I was just plumb tuckered out when we got home.
Today we worked on some more of his mom's photos and just puttered around the house.
Outta bed...coffee
Lunch...double chocolate protein shake, NSA yogurt
Snack 2 oz bbq chicken
Dinner...I made him chicken spaghetti and I take the sauce and add some milk (it's a cream sauce) and it becomes a soup for me. It has chicken, mushrooms and parmesan cheese. It is so good and so filling.
We are having our lo carb treat as I type.
Water ....eh, need more and vits were non existant today. Just forgot..sigh.
How did you all do today? Everybody stay fairly dry? It rained off and on all day here. We are supposed to go to a car show tomorrow so I hope it quits. I don't want to walk all day in the rain.

S~~ Protein shake....
Lunch~~ 1 egg and half slice of Ham and slice of wheat toast (dry)
S~~ True north apple cinnamon nuts and some pita chips
Dinner~~ Mexican....half a Steak and about 3 teaspoons of rice and 1 taquito and some chips and salsa
S~~ Protein shake as I write this.....
I had a Viviano with 3 scoops of whey protein today as well.....
Missed a dose of Vits, and water is good....
just weighted myself and have only gained 2 ounces for the day....bummer!!

wow Cor isnt that weird , if i ate that much i would gain 5 pounds a day and that is sadly the truth we really have some weird bodies dont we...

supper was 2 ox of pork steak , 1 tablespoon of egg plant, one yellow tomato, and 2 quarters of the best dill pickles that Andy made , they are so delicions oh yum
