WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY

GARAGE SALE DAY  Sure hope it doesnt rain us out. i have most of it out right now and covered as soon as it gets daylight i will be taking the rest of it out and will have the tarps laying hand so that i can cover the things that it will hurt...like computer stuff and stuff made from material...but not going to worry about a lot of it...so evern tho we do need some rain would be nice if it waited until tonight...lol .

not a lot to tell you of what i am going to do today  . if you have ever had a garage sale you know what i will be doing.

what all i did yesterday was  go to town , Paid some bills, bought some dog food,they had a good sale on it at the dollar store, the kind that is a special treat to Rebel. he loves it but it is usually way too expensive for our pocketbook. I dont know why it was on sale  it wasnt past the expiration date. we gave him some and oh wow he perked his ears up , and wagged his tail the  whole time he was eating. We have gotten to where we dont give him much at a time , he will only eat a small amount at a time and if we leave it in his dish , all the wild and tame animals come for lunch...In the dead of winter with snow on the ground the deer will even come and eat his dog food. now that was a new one to me. I told Joe well hey you can sit right here and get you a deer. lol He said now that isnt right. that isnt giving them a fair chance.

Any one out there that has a smaller type deep freezer for sale? I need to buy another one but dont want a great big one. I have a small one like the height of my countertops and about the size of one bottom cabinet (30inches) across. and i have it packed full and then i have a big big fridge with the freezer on bottom, it holds a lot and it is full. i just barely have enough room in that one to put enough meat in it for about 5 days. i want to get another one so i will have it for meats that i find on sale . like right now at our local store they have those good ribs that have lots of meat on them on sale for 1.18 a pound. would normally go buy at least 10 packs of them...i always have to bring everything home and re pack it for Joe and I it doesnt take a lot so out of 10 packages i might get 20 or30 packs for us.

well i have got to go and get dressed and get my protein coffee made ...and just pray for me and the rain....God hold off on the rain down here till tonight. please.

Hey Pooh good pictures....you need to have that great husband to take some new pictures of you and put them on the board. i know you dont look like your avatar anymore.

Janet i got your email and hopefully i will get it answered today or tonight.   i will have my computer out side with me some of today off and on. will have to take it in once in  a while to charge it up.

Jan, I don't envy you having a garage sale but hope it's successful and no rain until you're done.  When we moved 2 years ago we got rid of anything we didn't need and we don't have a basement now so no place to put stuff. 


You mentioned the digital mammogram yesterday.  Apparently, that's not offered where I go.   The process is so embarassing but it's something that needs to be done.

I'm enjoying my time off but did absolutely nothing yesterday.  I did some grocery shopping.  Amazing that they can get almost $60 worth of stuff in 2 bags.  I didn't plan on spending that much.  I did buy Febreeze spray and some carpet cleaner.  I'm noticing a doggie smell when I get home so I need to eliminate that.  The jug of Resolve Pet Carpet Cleaner was $8.  I did sit out on the deck and read for awhile but dogs were barking (not mine) and it was so annoying.  Don't know why people have dogs that bark, bark, bark and leave them outside.

Today, we are rearranging some shelves and a cabinet in my woman cave so it will be complete.  I'm getting a TV hooked up out there next Saturday.  I thought I could do without one but when I'm sewing or scrapbooking it's a good time to watch movies on Lifetime or things I've recorded.

Tonight we're going to the Dinner Theatre, a big treat for us.  We don't do much like go to movies or even out to eat.  I used to look forward to the food at the theatre but now I'm more excited about wearing my new black dress.  The food is of no interest.

Good morning!  I'm ready for the weekend!   Gage and i are going to Columbia for a concert tomorrow.  I'm so excited.  We are going to spend the night up there and come home on Sunday.  Jan I hope you have great luck with your garage sale.  We are having one with some friends next weekend.  They are ALOT of work.  but when you get rid of the stuff you don't need and make money its such a great feeling.  It looks like we're moving.  I'm really getting rid of TONS of stuff.  I feel better already without all the clutter in my house.  Tonight its the attic and then the garage.  What fun ;(   I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
