Hoped it wouldn't happen but
It happened . My rings are getting to big. I had one slide right off my finger and fall in the floor yesterday. My hands never got fat like the rest of me so I was hoping to save the rings. I guess I will have to think about getting them resized. I am close to goal, my goal that is. I really do not even know what the doctors goal was for me. I first said I would be happy at 150 and then decided I needed to lose more so I decided 135 might be a good goal. The charts say I should be 126. I guess time will tell where I stop. I was ready to build a wardrobe and now the 10's are all too loose. Forget the 12's. I am not going to complain just yet. I am almost 10 months out so I may hit goal by the one year mark.
oh the woes of the gastric bypass. isnt it just awful..i have been putting off for over a year going to have my sized. because with the arthritis i have they almost fit some days but most days they look like ive got some one elses rings on...

My rings are getting too big too. I called the jeweler to see what it would cost. It's $25 and since it's a wedding ring set they would make me a deal for the 2 rings.
I'm 5'2 1/2" tall and WWs top goal for my height is 141 so I was aiming for around 140. My doctor wants me to get to 160 but I think that's still too heavy. 135 sounds good but then where I am now is far better than where I started.
