Eatin' Good Wednesday....another busy but beautiful day

Evening all....

Another busy day....if this man doesn't get back to work...sigh.  Just kidding.  Tho I have to admit all of the running around wears me out.

We had his therapy appt and my followup visit.  My doc was happy that I had lost weight since I saw him 5 weeks ago.  He said that most women who have this surgery and start the hormones gain weight so he was pleased.  Course I would be happier to lose more!

The damage.

Outta bed....coffee

Around noon....double chocolate protein shake and a NSA yogurt

Snack....1 1/2 slice of monterey jack cheese

Dinner....leftover steak fajita taco salad (no shell or chips..just the insides) and a couple of spoonfuls of beans.

After church we will have our treat.  Lo cal of course...haha.

Watter is ok, I should get it done by the time church is over and vits are right on track.

Sorry I gotta rush thru this and go.  Once again I didn't get notification that you all had posted to the thread last night...sigh.  Oh well, guess I should get on here more and check on you all.

 Not to bad food wise but bad on fluids

protein coffee

left over cube steak

peanut butter sandwich on diet wheat bread

left over piece of cube steak, two bites of rice, four bites of green beans

a glass of green tea inbetween

I will need to do a lot of drinking tonight.

Breakfast = Click frapp
Mid-Morning = protein coffee
Lunch = ham/cheese roll up
Afternoon = Greek Yogurt
Dinner = BLT on Orowheat thin bread
Snack = SF pudding

Looks like I'm a little short on protein today.

Got Jo hooked on the Click frapp ;) hehe

Breakfast: I got crazy and switched it up this am....PB2 and bacon on a piece of very thin wheat toast

Snack: Click frapp

Lunch: Power Crunch bar vanilla and baked pringles wheat stix pizza flavor

Dinner:  Weigh****chers white chicken chili

Later: watermelon

we spent most of the day out and about and tomorrow again too. had labs drawn couldnt eat before hand.
soon as it was drawn i said wait a minute when she was wanting to tape the gauze to me lol i have to get a drink of this Protein coffee lol
when got out to car also ate a protein bar.
 then had some more running ....didnt get any more to eat till we got home which was about 2pm...
had a protein smoothie because it is fast and easy on the tummy,. I added a whole banana, and some pineapple to it to add some calories. are you listening Lana?
supper was fish, asparagus and 1/2 cucumber.
snack later before bed....protein souffle...
