Evening all....

Another gorgeous fall day and we are officially still in the summer months...haha!  It could stay like this and I would never complain.  Today was therapy day and then a few errands.  I feel so much better since my surgery but I still struggle with fatigue.  I follow up with the surgeon tomorrow and should be released to be normal again.  My iron could be low...I'll be seeing my RNY surgeon next month so he'll be checking my labs.

The damage...

Outta bed....coffee.  May have to try the Click frapp I see you all talking about.  Sounds good.

Had a plum around 10.

Lunch was a double chocolate protein shake.

I thought I was going to eat my arm off so I ate 1 oz of beef and 1 chicken tender. (If you chew it enough it turns to liquid...that counts, right?)  LOL

Dinner was a small salad and 1/2 small grilled sandwich.  Rye bread, provolone, colby jack, turkey and ham.  Very tasty and very filling.

We will have our lo cal treat later on.

Need to work on water and vits are going great.  Like I said we were out most of the afternoon so I'm tired.  Our day starts early tomorrow with another therapy appt and then my dr. appt.  Tomorrow night is band practice and church so I will probably either post very early or very late.

How did you all do today?  It is good to be back and see how all my Missouri buds are doing....sure miss you all.

Peggy thanks for the compliments.  I feel like a million bucks.  You are an inspiration for me along with all the other WLS people that have had your surgery a few years ago and are doing great.  It can be done, it is hard work but all so worth it.  Keep up the good work, you look fantastic!

Breakfast....guess?  Click frappicino only this time I added sugar free Carmel syrup

Snack:  Power Crunch protein bar in vanilla, these are really good!

Lunch:  Ham and cheese sandwich on the pepridge farm very thin bread ( its so thin, I just love it) I also had some sun chips

Dinner:  Salsa chicken W/ some pinto beans and Greek yogurt

Snack: watermelon   but I really want some popcorn with black pepper lol
