WHATS HAPPENING TUESDAY

Im like Peggy , what is wrong with this statement.........Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr its August..... that is wrong they are not or shouldn’t me used in the same sentence......

 

Im sitting here at ten on Monday night freezing , had to get up and shut all the windows. Have turned off the fans, have on my robe and slippers.

I have my signs all made up for the garage sale and have my tables set up and have the area ready for the clothes to hang on.

 

Joe is going to get into the sheds  tomorrow and get stuff out . like the stroller and baby gate and the boxes of laminate flooring that we didn’t use. We could take it back but oh well.  Screen doors,  not sure what else he will come up with lol

 

]Joe had his second shot  today, he never acts like it bothers him in the least. Im not sure I could be so nonchalant about it he ssys that his doctor knows how to do it for sure ...

 

 

Bec  so how do you like your exercise ball? I know you will really like it or hope you do. you can do all sorts of things on there that it doesn’t hurt your back at all , because it protects your back

Susan , wow more weight off? You are something else and could be the poster girl for wls. ...glad you are off all your meds now. Now to get it all out of your system ...you will feel like a new person  besides looking like one ....Do you remember  before you had surgery, I bet you never once thought that you would be talking about getting into size 10s lol 

Lol getting into size 9s is a lot different than wearing a size 9 ....but at least I can get in them now.  I just need to get some exercise in ....i have been dancing or rather moving to the music . in the house. My left knee is getting so bad that even dancing isn’t going to happen till I get it fixed. But it resembles dancing lol in someones world .

I bet Dr. Rachele was really happy about you ....

 

Colette lol I know what you mean about people offereing rides to you ....happens a lot or did when I use to walk by myself ....lol 

Isn’t that sad about all the junk mail you can get in a day? I have a good junk catcher on mine tho. Not really sure what jt is because it was on here when I bought the computer

 

Jo    I love this weather too but I also freeze...i wore a corduroy jacket most of the day yesterday.

Let us know how it goes with taking the tablets with the crab puff. I need to prit that off cause that sounds great

Breaking your self from eating too fast is a biggy....yes I still use the little plate most all of the time. it maks you feel like you have a plate full....i have my baby spoon but I don’t use it except to taste some really sweet something that Joe might be eating lol

 

Lou  thanks for that about getting me the stuff  ,,,I just made appointment with Dr. Clain to look at my left knee and see if he thinks it is ready yet? Lol that is wishful thinking . not sure where the store is to get the probiotics

Is that at the Health food store or where ? If I cant find it I will let you know and you can get them for me .thanks you are a great friend.

Hopefully we will have lots of people at this months meeting.

Good morning!  I just got Jade off to school. I ran the heater in the car, her and her friend were giving me a hard time about it. ;)  I got some terrible news last night.  My dad that has been so sick, feeling great now back home.  Well my step mothers aunt and uncle were visiting them, staying in a 5Th wheel parked by my dads huge garage.  They had an electrical fire and caught the garage on fire and it burned to the ground. Thier 5th wheel is history too. I feel so bad for my dad, he's been threw alot lately.  He said I know God doesn't put more on you than you can handle but damn.  He had antiques in there, it was set up like another house, shower, bar, pool table, 1974 fully restored corvette, 2 four wheelers and the list goes on and on. Total loss. Thankfully no one was hurt and it didn't burn down their house too, but he's pretty stressed out.  Well I need to get cracking on the laundry, I hope everyone has a great day ;) Lou

Lou im so so sorry for your dad , you know it seems like i have noticed that a lot of Christians are going thro a lot here laterly...dont understand it but it seems to be a lot of finacial stuff.
I hope he had the contents of his garage fully covered with insurance but it is so very hard to get coverage on antiques.

LOL i turned the heater on in the house for a little while this morning. it is much more of a damp cold this morning than it has been being. ....i know my bones were so stiff that i could barely move. ...
will keep your dad in our prayers that this wont stress his life too much and will be able to bear it well.

Lou I'm so sorry to hear what happened to your dads garage and 5th wheel.  Thank the Lord no one was hurt but I know losing your stuff like that is so stressful.  We'll  be sure to keep him and everyone out there in our prayers.

Where do you buy those probiotics?  Susan and I both need something to regulate us.  I'm almost 3 yrs out and have never had trouble like this til lately.  I've been using Miralax which works ok I guess but we'd like to try the Probiotics.  I'll be in Springfield on the 10th and thought I could see about getting some.  Thanks for the info.

Andy if you go to get you some will you pick me up some too? i will get some money to you....most of the time if you are eating mostly protein that is what causes the constipation. i guess we know we are doing what we are suppose to be doing.

Yeah I'll be more then glad to pick you up some.  We both have an appointment in springfield on sept 10th to get our eyes checked and get new glasses.  Goin to the Eye Mart? i think it is, where you can get an eye exam plus 2 pairs of glasses for like $70, much cheaper then a regular eye doctor. 

well i was going to tell you that i would give you the money tomorrow but then i looked at the calendar and saw where i have that appointment with Dr. H on the 8th so i will have Joe to stop inSpringfield and i will get some them ok .....
Is Susan going to be off on the 9th where you all could come to Sedalia to the lunch meeting?

Really chilly this morning but no coat for me.  The only sweater I have that fits didn't match my outfit.  My little fur baby goes with us to the bus stop and he had to have his blanket this morning.  Max turned on the heater to take the chill off.  Can't have little Sammy cold.

Lou, how awful for his dad.  Even if you have insurance you just can't replace some things.  Great that no one was injured though.

Jan, no problem eating the Crab stuff last night.  I took the lactaid pill first but I was really leary of it.  Didn't eat much at all.

The Greek yogurt I bought at Costco is just gross.  I tried it again last night and I just can't tolerate it.  It has 21 grams of sugar in it.  Guess I didn't look carefully at the label when I bought it.  A woman I work with loves the stuff and she doesn'****ch anything she eats except from the plate to her mouth so the extra sugar isn't a problem for her.  This woman is very overweight, heavy smoker and takes no meds except an aspirin. 

Susan is going to be such a petite little thing.  When I had the surgery I was thinking size 14 sounded really good but now I'm looking at 12s.  Who knows...maybe eventually 10s.

Lou, I had another Click frap this morning.  So delicious!!  What a treat.  I was having Click in the afternoon but couldn't blend it so had it over ice.  Good but this is better.  I stick a straw in it and enjoy.

Heard it's supposed to be 80 Labor Day.  Wonder what September weather will be like.

Jo that is great that the crab puff didnt make you sick last night  so evidently it might have been the milk....i say might only because sometimes i can eat some things and doesnt make be sick and other times it would make me sick....never know. our little pouches seem to have a mind of their own most of the time. a little to hot or a little too cold or a little to much , just never know.
i  was going to try the greek yogurt yesterday and saw it in wal mart and then my pnone rang and i got sidetracked lol
that was me when i had surgery i said if i just get down into 14s i will be happy well i zoomed by the 14s and the 12s and landed in the middle of 10s. now since i got into 10s i want to get into single digit numbers lol , not just be able to pull and tug and get them on but to be able to wear them , dont really care it can be a 9 just as long as it single digit. lol  silly huh?

I can eat something when I first make it and it tastes good then try it as a leftover and don't like it at all.  This happens a lot with chicken.  For awhile I really liked peanut butter.  Now it's not tasting so good.  Seems I like something a lot for awhile then I'm off it.

I can't imagine wearing a single size.  I swear I went from a 6x to  14 over night.  Does anyone remember when Sears came out with the chubby girls clothing?  What an insult. 

Jan, it's okay to have a goal of single sizes.  Not silly at all.
