Japanese Zucchini and Onions

2 T. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 medium zuchinnis, cut into thin strips
2 T. teriyaki sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
ground black pepper

Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Stir in onions, and cook 5 minutes.  Add zuchinni and cook stirring about 1 minute.  Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and pepper.  Serve immediately.

Serve 4; 108 calories per serving
