Diet Records?
I haven't had to worry this much about writing since I went back to school. Guess that's the frame of mind I need to get myself into.
Just had to get that concern off my mind, but if someone out there can give me a tip or two I'd really appreciate it.
Welcome to the board - I haven't seen you before.

GOD BLESS YOU TODAY
JAN COOK
went to my pcp today, she is in the st. john's system, Dr. Edwards is the one I'll be going to is also St. John', She said they can exchange most of my info through their new upgraded patient record system, and the rest I can authorize to get through my previour pcp. It meant alot to get positive feedback from her, then my husband's cardiologist said Dr. Edwards is a very good surgeon. So starting to get excited now, can't wait till i go to seminar.
I do have diabetes, my blood pressure is up, and am oxygen 24/7. want off the O2, and most of the meds i have to take and want to spend at least one more summer camping and fishing like i used to do when my kids were young .
Thank-you Jan, it is really great to have a place to share all of this with. I read every day what I can even if I don't post things like what's happening today are good.
