Eatin' Good Saturday.....Hmmmmm...strange
Today we went to a gun show and walked and walked and after dinner I came home and mowed the yard since Mr. Man can't do it. I'm beat. Tomorrow we will take a break from the liquids (I know Mark...he will rebel if I don't give him a break once a week).
Today's damage:
Outta bed....coffee
We shared a protein bar and some cinnamon cashews at the show. Maybe a good sized handful of the nuts.
After we got home I made a single scoop protein shake. I had to cut up some peaches that were going bad so I had a couple bites of those. (Not too liquid of a day huh? LOL)
Dinner was mexican....I had some chips and cheese and very little of the insides of a fajita taco salad. I've noticed on the liquids that I fill up quicker...
Water is great and vits are about done. And my feet are killing me from walking around at the show. You would think I would wear better shoes...but oh no! HAVE to match the outfit.....haha.

made meat balls with oregarano and mushrooms served in homemade tomato sauce.
served with dreamfields pasta. i probaly had a third of a cut of the cooked pasta

Hello ;) I'm trying to eat more, I have days I can eat pretty good and then most of the time nothing sounds good.
Breakfast: Click frap with sf carmel syrup and whipped cream
Snack: Oh yeah protein wafer in vanilla peanutbutter. ( I ate one and later Frank found the other on the bathroom sink...what?)
Lunch: Sushi with shrimp, crab, avacado, and bbq eel it was called a Jurassic Park roll ( I ate 3.5 pieces)
Dinner: Buffalo grilled chicken salad, with blue cheese at Millies this was soooooooo good!
a handfull of popcorn at the movie and a 10 pm stop at starbucks for a sugar free carmel iced coffee
I lost 2 lbs since yesterday! NOWAY! ;) Have a great day!
