Cleaned more flower beds, cut off iris and then cleaned those out. Cleaned out the big pond up front out and refilled it. been busy..... Joe fixed the trike today took him all day to do it tho but it is fixed now , we hope, we are going to take it in a few days to a mech and have him to go thru it....

Appraiser came and he seemed to be impressed with out house and yard.  He said wow you have a lot of money tied up in this landscape;ing lol I said yeah im sure that most people wouldn’t appreciate it but I like it.

He was gone about an hour and a girl called wanting to see the house to rent it.  She and her boyfriend , they loved it and are going to move in this week end. Also she is pregnant due in February really cute little couple....so hopefully things are going to start getting better again..... thank you God .. told them that if they are ever going to be late with the rent to come and tell us and talk to us about it. we don’t bite and we will work with them about it.

Bec. There is more than just what has been on here too. lol always seem like when things start going on it just keeps snowballing. Sort of like the old saying , for want of the nail --------the horse was lost.but God has been listening. And things are happening.  I don’t know what I am going to do about the pain tho...i know that can be healed too but so far it hasn’t gone anywhere...

Susan, next month it will have been two months since the group has seen you...and they will all fall out of their seats.  You are getting thin for sure...have you been able to stay on your schedule of exercise and food since you went to work....

Lou if you don’t turn in the pink slip they far and tether you and run you out of town on a rail. Lol sounds like you all had a good giggly time.  Email me the names and email addresses of the new people so I can add them to the Circle of friends list ok?

Rosemary chops? That sounds interesting. Ususally I use rosemary on Chicken never tried it on Chops.

Im hoping we have a great turnout next month too, I think we will or hope so.

Susie. Wow you are a brave woman to teach but not only teach but to teach highschoolers.

Lol  to be teaching a class that you know nothing about lol  you got more courage than me .  I will for sure be there next month you be too ...Dr. Hawes will be there and I will for sure bring your tree. It is growing really well and looks good. it is about two feet tall. Im thinking I maybe should repot it in a larger pot for you , don’t want it to get root bound....

Im going to go ahead and post this tonight, I forgot to get my bill paid on time lol and if I don’t get to them in the morning before they cut it off I wont have computer or phone so I will post this early just in case...i never have been late before so I don’t know if they call you first or what just that tomorrow is the due date ....so got to wait till the bank opens then run over there whew im going to be tired if I run that much lol ....

Good Morning All....

Isn't it simply wonderful that Debbie Darln's husband got a job!  I'm just so happy for them .  I know it will make a real difference in there home!

Well the grass planting goes on... had to get tickled last night... Paul was on one tractor and Crystal on the other making loops around the yard... wish so bad I had had Jo's camera... Crystal is NOT an outside person and she was on the "Johnny Popper" (520 for those of you that are farmers and wives, has a hand clutch) it was just strange to see her doing that... now Jo... on the other hand would get out there and do ANYTHING! she seems to be fearless... but there was the biggest smile on Crystal's face as she pulled the harrows behind Paul... Paul had the disk on the newer tractor.

It's time to clean out many of my mineral tubs and maybe replant some fall things... will have to do it quick if I'm to get any harvest I guess... don't know if I will get it done or not... next year I'm going to plant ALL my "maters" in them and put weed paper down and maybe even mulch...they did real good in the tubs this year and will be hardly no maintenance other than watering them once I get them planted... love those tubs!

It is suppose to rain here for the next couple of days and then cool way off this weekend...I'm going to try and get a lot of yard work done... I am having a few people here in the next month and boy I hate it that the yard will look simply terrible but the price you have to pay for good grass I guess....  Boy is grass expensive! We bought 250 lbs! especially since you pay to get it to grow and then pay to cut it... it cost us between $30 and $50 every time we cut it depending on the price of gas!  OUCH!

Ok enough of that... I guess I better get off here and get busy... need to run up to the junction and get a paper... hope hamburger is on sale this week (isn't my life interesting? ) and hot dogs for Tito... boy is he spoiled!

Hope you all have a good day...

Good news here this morning.  Glad you rented your house Jan.  Hope they are great renters.

Susie, you are far more brave than I would be to teach teenagers a class you've not studied.  I can teach little ones but definitely not teens.

It's great that David (can't remember whose husband he is) found a job.  What a relief that must be.

Susan, you are just wasting away.  Please post a day's menu.  I would like to see what you're eating.  I started tracking on the Daily Plate this week.  I got a little sloppy with my food choices lately.

This morning I made my protein coffee with a new coffee described as rich chocolaty taste.  Way too strong, just couldn't drink it.

The weather has been so nice but today it is raining.

Jan, I don't think they will cut off your service unless you're really late.  If you didn't pay up, they would probably send you a late notice indicating when your service would be terminated.

I am not brave, teaching older kids is easy. They have to do most of it on their own anyway. I just have to threaten them sometimes but overall they are great.
Glad a job was found up north and I wonder who the kid is in Susan's avatar. Hope the cars get fixed and all the people we have been missing make it back to the COF meetings. Busy busy here, lots of papers to grade.

Good Evening, Mama Jan & MO Peeps!!!

Thanks for all the well wishes for David's new job.  He came home and he could barely walk.  It's manual labor but at least it's a job.  The CFO said that if everything works out that he will probably be able to hire David on as a regular employee in 3 months!!  The CFO is a long time friend of ours so I am praying that all goes well.  They bought the Federal Reserve Bank downtown and are making them into condos.  Plus they also have another building right next to it.  David said the estimated cost just for the Federal Reserve building is 100 MILLION dollars!!  This may just turn out to be a GREAT opportunity for David.  God is soooooo good!

The Lord also provided a WONDERFUL new home for Bella today as well!  She now has a 1 year old female lab mix as a playmate along with 43 acres of land, horses and an owner that will take really good care of her!  I am so thankful for that!  Bella was wonderful but she really thought Roxie (our 2 year old toy poodle who weighs 6lbs) was a stuffed animal.  She was just playing but I know it hurt Roxie.  So glad she's got a new home!

Tomorrow Jake, Erin and Kameron are going with me to look at a new toy poodle puppy.  This lady is from Eaglesville, MO, however, is going to meet us in Cameron, MO.  She has 3 little female toy poodles.  One is apricot (will probably be white) and one is black (will turn out silver) and one is black with tan markings.  They call it the "yorkie" mark.  We will see which one we like the best.  We're going to take Roxie with us too.  Should be an interesting day!

As you can tell, this all has really lifted my spirits!  Plus I go to talk to Beautiful Bec this morning!  I just love her little  guys!  Actually getting to talk with her for awhile was WONDERFUL!

I am going to try and make it up to meet with you all in Sedlia on Sept 9th.   I'm going to call Barb and Peggy, maybe we can meet somewhere and all ride together since we live pretty close to each other.

Well, I've gotta get to bed.  I'm tired but it's a good tired.  Please keep David in your prayers.  It's been a good 10 years since he's done manual labor but I really do feel this is an opportunity the Lord has given to David!  GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!  ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!

Love ya all!
