Thanks to everyone for all the warm welcomes. I am a member of a true "mixed" WLS marriage, I had DS, and my wife had RNY in 06. Her OH screen name is bunnyb. I know she would apreciate your well wishes. I am a usual DS renegade and really don't get into the support groups (my DS either works or it doesn't, don't have the dietary issues that LB/RNY folks do), but I am supportive of my wife and her diet and lifestyle needs. She was very involved in the WLS boards in TN and the Losing to Live yearly retreats. Her email address is [email protected]. I know she would love to get involved here in MO.
