This month I'm working on getting Mr. Arkansas. He's a personal trainer AND nutritionist! ( he's checking his schedule to see if we can be worked in)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
RECIPE EXCHANGE!
Bring your favorite WLS recipe and lets share, I can make copies right there at the library and we can get some new idea's about what to eat. Like Peggy's famous protein souffle or the pie Janet keeps talking about Anything you enjoy making!
QUESTION & ANSWER
At the last meeting someone asked me if we could do a question and answer session......YES! Bring your tough questions for the WLS vets and lets share ideas and thoughts!

Hi Randy, you don't have to be a member, anyone can come. Your more than welcome to come to the meeting. Its a support group for anyone who's had surgery, thinking of surgery, researching surgery, support people. Come join us the meeting is at 6:30 south Campbell library meeting rooms A and B, we have the same surgeon, there are others there that had surgery in Columbia too. Hope to see you there! ;) Lou
