MY SURGIVERSARY WAS ON THE 14TH~ I STILL CANT BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN A YEAR!?  I have been soooo busy with kids, school shopping, a mini-vacation to Kansas City ( the last one of the summer ) and LIFE!! I did want to take the time and post this. I dont regret this in ANY way... If you do what your supposed to then it really work out. If someone can mess it up at all, it would of been me at the beginning. ;) I started out in 26/28 I am now in 10/12. I am 183 and I was 325. I cant believe it is me when I go back and look at pictures. I am just amazed! Sometimes, I get a little down on myself and wonder how could I of let myself go like that? Does anyone else wonder this? I am sooooooo completely happy now in everyway. I am getting excited to see about having my breast reduction and tummy tuck next summer. I just want to be done losing. I know several ppl werent and they have regretted getting it done so soon. I am now working ton toning and my friend and I are starting to workout at curves. ( she won 2 memberships for 2 months on the radio station) now she is trying to win 2 more at a local fitness center here in Joplin. So, I am excited to get back to working out. I do my walking everyday and I do have a weighbench the boys got for xmas last year, but I would like to try curves... I am really excited with myself. If I dont get to my goal of 140, but I am toned, then I will be fine with that. I am only 13 lbs from the goal Dr. H gave me and I am still losing. I am mostly toning up and reshaping, but since the sizes are still changing I know I am still losing. :)

We just got back last night from KC, we went to Oceans Of Fun, so you can imagine the workout I had. I feel it in my stomach muscles today. Which is a good thing. I also started doing leg lifts when laying down for my stomach muscles. I think it would be good for when I have the TT, I am thinking ( but could be wrong ) that if I atleast do the leg lifts, then move on to sit ups and strengthen my stomach muscles then I could have a faster recovery on the TT. Does anyone agree or disagree? I can do some situps now, but I do have some pain with my tailbone. I mean it kills me!! If i sit too long I have ALOT of discomfort. I only sit a long time when we are on the road to KC or somewhere. Other then that, I stay moving unless I am on this computer.. he he.

Well, thanks for reading about my 1 yr surgiversary ....Have a great week!
