Finally got a Wii and a Wii Fit - What games are good for us to excerise with?

Hi MO Peeps!

We just got a Wii and a Wii Fit (used, was a great buy).  It came with the Wii Sports.  Haven't had a chance to get out the Wii Fit - they had never used it.  Does it have games with it.  I know a few of you play the Wii - what would be good games for me to exercise with?  Honestly, DH needs to lose 30 lbs and I would like to lose 10lbs.  So any games guys would like two.  We need get two other games with it, one football game and The Iron Chef.  I have no idea what kind of game the Iron Chef is.  Guess will try it later.

We're really busy right now.   Brad (Luke's best friend) has been staying with us since his HS graduation.  He leaves for Baker Saturday and we'll take Luke to Emporia on Sunday. 
Jake starts school tomorrow!  We had a parents Football meeting tonight.  Wow, didn't realize how expensive it's all gonna be.  Luke didn't play HS football because of his back but Jake wants to give it a try.  Will be interesting....

P.S.  Yes, David is still unemployed.  So far we're doing okay...thanks to the Lord above!  Please keep all of us in his prayer...he needs a job!!!

I use EA sports personal trainer.  Its awesome!  You have a trainer and you can pick a series of different things that you like to do.  I like the squats, and hitting tennis balls.  It comes with resistant bands.  Really a great workout! ;)

Thanks for the suggestion!  Is the game called EA Sports Personal Trainer?  What does the EA stand for?  I'm definitely going to look for that one!

 The Wii fit should have come with a game that will keep you busy for a while. I have been lax in using mine but it has yoga, balance games,strength training and aerobics , It keeps track of your progress and weight. I have  heard the ea  game is good  but I haven't used it. I bought a brain game and a pirates of the Caribbean one but the sport and fit are all I have done. I would get two controllers so you and DH can play sports together. It will talk to you about weight and make comments. Mine used to sigh when I stepped on the board, It complains when its been a while since you have used it too. It is fun to play .

Thank for the info!  LOL about the board sighing when you get on it.  I just think that's too funny!  This system came with two controllers as well as two nachucks (sp?).  We're going to have to get two other controllers so everybody in the family can play.  Will have to wait on those though.

Jake already set himself up on the Wii Fit.  I'm going to have him set it up for Dad and I too so we can start next week when hopefully everything settles down a little on the home front.
