What's on the food list today???

Evening everyone....Hope this finds everyone in good and cool surroundings.....Boy oh Boy it was a hot one today....
So how did everyone do today on keeping fluids in and nourishment up???
Here what I did....
B~ Banana small one
L~ cup of soup and a cup of peaches
S~ pudding
D~ about 4oz of fish and some green bean....
LNS~ protein shake....yuck but will get it down...to get protein in....Still trying to play around with them and not having too much luck....

So how did everyone else do.....get those fingers a going.....

Cor i found that protein shakes are best if you takeat. what ever flavor you like best and work with that....some people think this is good......orange juice, milk and protein powder....ice cubes to make it thick  put in blender add splenda in to your taste....
i love strawberries, i use milk , frozen strawberries , splenda and protein powder.
you like iced coffee....mix ice cubes, instan\t coffee protein powder, splenda and sugar free cho mix. ....just some idea....add splenda, flavors, ice cubo.
b es in blender all of these make great smoothies.
you can find some way to make them taste good believe me....you just have to want to\
    6am water and morning pills.
7am protein coffee
10am
 protein souflee\\
noon   3 pieces bacon,,,one egg
3protein smoothie
supper protein souflle
i know i got in enough protein but no where near enough calories.
80 oz of water and all my pills.
